A male courier arrives, and there is only shampoo in the package and an invoice for shampoo only, although the additional product with the name and label is clearly written in the basket, the courier costs 6.50 rubles, and the order is not complete. In general, it didn't work out, we say I don't need the full order, I won't pay, I call the manager, surprised tone and demand if the courier has left, I say it's standing next to me, I started a bike that the gift is supposedly separate as a second order and the driver didn't know about it (well, what nonsense, the whole order is in one package it should be designed as one with one number), I say call the courier, and he calls back - he did not find it, they allegedly FORGOT it in the warehouse) all the employees have some kind of total amnesia, no one is aware of the store's affairs) what miracles. In general, I realized that they had already filed a gift with each other there, maybe they were selling it to the side or taking it home, it was arranged that the client had received it, the girl said, they say you pay, don't worry, and we will supposedly deliver it tomorrow, everything was just a white thread. The kapets guys were disgusted, they decided to pay, send these people, all the tricks come back anyway and the store will never have to register again, it was completely unprofitable to buy here without a promotion, it's cheaper in Minsk. I think they got divorced, well, OK, it was disgusting, I was just ashamed of them, I wanted to wash up. Suddenly, the courier called and lo and behold, the mask was allegedly found in the car, he says, the girl can take YOUR mask, just like he took his thing)) the mask is in a transparent bag, a large bright pink tube, it is impossible not to notice it in a small car, and why was it set aside separately outside the client's package? i understand..If someone has a problem, they suddenly give you an order, it's a miracle. I have found a review on relaxation since 2011, the same situation, only the girl was never taken to everything, she was deceived. The scheme is at least a couple of years old.
