A good store. We bought a turtle for a child today. If you consider that the child asked too many questions / the sellers did well. They were kind and polite. All the questions were answered. I recommend.

For a store with a seemingly good assortment, the service is at the level of a village shop. Firstly, sellers do not know what professional behavior and a sense of tact are (the animal from the photo was twice called "ugly", it happens, but they are not in the zoo, but a buyer came to the store). Secondly, they impose their opinion and indicate what the buyer needs and what is not suitable when they ask about specific products, rather than asking for advice / advice. I do not detract from the knowledge of the pet store seller at all, but a breeder, a practicing veterinarian, an experienced owner, probably knows better? If I didn't need to buy a tick repellent quickly, I went to a nearby store.
