A good store. We bought a turtle for a child today. If you consider that the child asked too many questions / the sellers did well. They were kind and polite. All the questions were answered. I recommend.

For a store with a seemingly good assortment, the service is at the level of a village shop. Firstly, sellers do not know what professional behavior and a sense of tact are (the animal from the photo was twice called "ugly", it happens, but they are not in the zoo, but a buyer came to the store).
Secondly, they impose their opinion and indicate what the buyer needs and what is not suitable when they ask about specific products, rather than asking for advice / advice. I do not detract from the knowledge of the pet store seller at all, but a breeder, a practicing veterinarian, an experienced owner, probably knows better? If I didn't need to buy a tick repellent quickly, I went to a nearby store.

I would like to draw attention to the terrible animal welfare! I sincerely feel sorry for everyone who is there, the animals have been lying for months, no one buys them, but no one looks after them in the store. Because of the crowded content, there are very high risks of buying a sick pet.
The store itself is very good, with a wide range of products. But after visiting it, there remains a very sad and insulting feeling for the helpless little animals that simply die there.
Selling a pet cheaply, and then expensive related products is a very good marketing move! But here we are talking about lives, even small ones! The world does not suffer from a shortage of animals, it is full of homeless people, shelters and kennels are overflowing! To sponsor such a business is simply not humanly possible. From now on, I will choose alternatives to this store and sincerely hope that the owners will stop bullying animals!

A good range of pet products, although the prices are a bit overpriced. Sellers often have to be called, rarely approach and are interested in themselves. I often had to fish out of corners with phones. In general, they don't really want to work.
But I repeat, the main advantage of this store is a relatively wide (if you take Mogilev) selection of goods, so one way or another you have to visit them often.

A convenient and large enough store, with a good assortment of various goods. You can often find everything you need. BUT all the good things are spoiled by the staff, they constantly have to be called over and the attitude towards customers is strange, as if they are constantly doing a favor to help with the choice.
