I was buying flowers for my girlfriend. After reading the reviews, I was a little doubtful about choosing a store, but I stopped at it - the alstroemeria I needed was sold here. Despite the negative reviews (maybe just lucky), the employee behaved quite kindly. The flowers themselves did not disappoint either - they cost a week after purchase and have not even dropped yet, only slightly lost color saturation. So my opinion is: a good flower shop)

The guy bought a bouquet of flowers - 9 white roses decorated with eucalyptus. The assembly is absolutely like that of Rosa bel, only with a price tag one and a half times more. 100 rubles for 9 white roses with eucalyptus and mediocre decoration, I personally think it's expensive, but it's okay, subjective and not much of an argument. However, the argument is that these 9 poor roses stood for exactly two days, after which almost all dropped the buds (considering that I know how to prune the flowers and how to take care of them). It seems to me that the amount is quite a lot for stale flowers, which you do not expect in principle for any money. It's very unpleasant. It wasn't the first time we bought, there were already questions about the service, but it was a test shot

I always bought ready-made bouquets here, because they are really beautiful. But the service today was 10/10. The staff tried to sniff bouquets that have clearly been standing for a long time. If you ask what the flowers are called, the girls roll their eyes as if I asked about roses. There is no help with collecting a bouquet, they do not know the elementary principles of color science and prove that this client does not understand their direction. I trusted their professionalism, as a result, a dark maroon bouquet with a pink tear-eye ribbon turned out from a delicate pink bouquet. Pay attention to your staff! If the flowers are good, then the workers are just terrible…

I ordered a bouquet of seven multicolored gerberas for my beloved woman's birthday, namely: 2 red 2 pink 2 yellow and one white, the packaging was supposed to be transparent zalafan, as a result I received a bouquet in a pink paralon of dark pink and light pink gerberas, it feels like the bouquet was collected by stoned colorblind people, I highly recommend it as an order so is the store as a whole, deception and disrespect for customers on the part of the staff.

The advantages are a convenient location and a clean, relatively spacious room, but the staff is something. Not only did they not greet me in return, they also sent me to the cemetery with a selection of flowers, although I just asked if they were worth peonies. Maybe if you need flowers at the cemetery, the store is for you.

For this store, it is more important to sell damaged goods once than to acquire regular customers!

I ordered a bouquet for a friend in this store for a couple of weeks. By the way, it's not the first time I've ordered here, it's a very convenient location. I placed an order for delivery, indicated the budget and asked that gerberas be included in the composition. The bouquet turned out great, it was delivered on time, and they also sent a photo of the finished bouquet before sending it! The guys are great, I will still contact them!

There are no questions about flowers, but you come, describe your preferences, show what you would like to see in a bouquet, in response only "well, well, well, so what should I do?" the feeling that you need to climb into the refrigerator yourself and collect a bouquet. Although in all flower shops they show variants of compositions and somehow help to choose auxiliary components like eucalyptus and other things (they also chose this themselves).The staff is working abominably.

I was amazed by the service.Collect a bouquet for 40p by yourself.Quote "This is not money for a bouquet", well, as if 3 branches of piecemeal roses, 2 branches of eustoma, a couple of branches of greenery and a beautiful bouquet, I got it!!!They offered to put carnations in a bouquet for a wedding gift..It killed in zero.And with what kind of face they packed it all in paper, it's just a nightmare.
I have never met more incompetent and indifferent "florists".It is not important for what amount, but how they are collected!I do not recommend this store to anyone.
