Hello! That there is no limit to indignation means to say nothing. Since January of this year, citizens of the Russian Federation cannot write letters to the state bodies of the Republic of Belarus by e-mail. Registration is required , where with phone numbers. The Russian Federation will not be registered. I also contacted the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus about this, where they replied that it was necessary for secrecy (!?). In short , I got tired of writing everywhere for more than half a year , but it 's no use . If at one time we had received an official response and a photo of the memorial plate with the name of O. N. Makarova, a photo of the mass grave itself, then everything would have been fine. Yes, they don't seem to be up to us. And therefore, I no longer want to help the citizens of Belarus in the search for their dead relatives. And so on the case... In its reply dated 08/31/1922, the Kalinkovichi Executive Committee assured us that Makarova's name would be inscribed on the memorial slab of the mass grave of D. New settlers. But! They also forwarded my appeal, in which there was a request to send relatives a photo of a memorial plate with the name of O. N. Makarova. Naturally, nothing was sent to us , and elderly relatives are unlikely to be able to come , except for grandchildren. Due to the fact that government officials have arranged with the opportunity to write appeals, they have arranged some nonsense, I have been trying to achieve results for almost a year. It is easier to achieve immortalization in Germany than in fraternal Belarus . Believe me, I know what I'm saying. I have been doing search work since 1998. So we are waiting for a photo from the Executive Committee of the Kalinkovichi district. Sincerely, S. P. Trofimov (I have to get through in this way).
