The salon is beautiful, I chose a dress that was immediately offered to me according to my requests. I really liked that when entering the salon they immediately offered shoe covers, because going inside thanks to them it is clean and comfortable. The consultant girl is very nice and friendly, listens to your preferences and offers several options. I liked the dress, but it was a little small for me, she told me not to get upset and after a few days she adjusted it to the right size for me. In general, the service is at the highest level.
By the way, I would also like to speak about one negative review that immediately caught my eye when I wanted to leave mine. Valeria, shoe covers are made for our comfort, so that when you enter the salon, when you go to the podium in socks, you do not get them dirty from the effects of the weather that you bring on your shoes this time, secondly, you must understand that you are not the only one going to the salon and if I came right after you, it would be unpleasant for me to walk on a dirty floor. Thirdly, no one in your life will believe that you were not offered a dress in several versions, because it is not profitable for the salon to lose customers, so my advice to you is to be kinder to people and maybe they will reach out to you

The fitting lasted exactly 17 minutes from the moment I arrived. Consultant(the hostess) immediately said that there are no dresses for my size 48, although Instagram says up to 64 sizes + individual tailoring. As a result, I was shown only 5 dresses, 2 of which were not even given to try on, with the words "well, if you liked it, then you don't need to measure anymore." During the fitting, the woman said that today was her holiday and a barbecue was already being prepared, and how she was in a hurry. Then why even sign up a person for a fitting if there is a holiday in the plans. I thought one of the best salons turned out to be one of the worst .

I thought this was the best salon in Brest, but it turned out to be the worst! The service is at zero!
The fitting lasted about 10 minutes. At the entrance, they gave me shoe covers, in which I almost fell, since there are tiles on the floor in the salon (very smart). Dresses were tried on in trousers, it turns out they do not need to be taken off🤔well, at least they said to take off shoes)) I tried on 3 dresses. To the question:What can you offer? It sounded like nothing, you don't have any dresses on. To the question:What if I want this dress, can you sew it to fit my size? The answer is no. But in the description of the salon: individual tailoring... I'm doing the perfect fit...
well, it's just the truth in my instagram profile 👍
All these 10 minutes, the owner of the salon, was with a dissatisfied face, which in itself caused an unpleasant feeling.
It's up to you to decide whether to come here or not, personally, I wasted my time, there are much better salons in Brest, at least the people there are pleasant and responsive!

A couple of days ago I was at a fitting in this salon, I really liked the service, a very nice woman works, after reading the reviews I thought not to go, but now I do not regret that I went and ordered a dress there, they helped me choose a dress and everything will be sewn according to my standards and at a pleasant price, which made me very happy.
Therefore, I strongly advise you, no matter what reviews you have, you should always go and check for yourself!!!!

Everyone likes it, one is not satisfied with something, but not about that. The salon is incredibly beautiful, I perfectly understand why they give shoe covers. You need to respect someone else's work, and not pretend to be a queen. From the very first fitting, the attitude was more than. I live outside the city myself and there were problems with transport, they will always understand, they will go to a meeting. Somewhere they will advise, prompt, and help. I've been to many salons in Brest and St. Petersburg, but I took my very dress just today in Camellia! Sewed from 0 on the purchase price, I think it's just a gift for all brides!

A friend came for a fitting.. I wish I hadn't gone. The fitting took 10 minutes, during all this time the consultant was dissatisfied, gave a critical assessment. Attention, she said that her friend only has 2 dresses, and the one that we wanted to try on, she said that it was small, it would not suit you. I was unhappy that we were choosing a dress in six months, I said we came early…Excellent service, 0 out of 10)
