the overall structure of the park is good, there is a walking and cycling path, by the lake, greenery and woodland,self-service cafe,toilet used with Istanbul card.
I have never seen the second toilet open, there is no place to perform ablution, you are also performing ablution in the toilet,there is no mosque, they have put a mini caravan called a mobile mosque, you know, a hammam, a woman and a man have to use the same vehicle as a mosque.
my advice to managers:
let them make a fountain every 100 meters for hand-face washing along the walking path.
