Perfect location for getting around to the most visited sites, though others are just a taxi away. The breakfast provided was timely and tasty. The staff were responsive to my questions and requests.
Definitely one of the best hotels in Samarkand. The location is excellent five minutes and you are near Registan.
And the views at breakfast from the veranda are simply amazing.
Cleanliness, order, the staff is responsive, the breakfasts are great.
Thank you very much, you made our vacation unforgettable and easy.
If I come to Samarkand again, then only to you!
I liked the location, all the sights are within walking distance, there is a terrace on the roof, a very
good and cool solution to sunbathe and relax in the morning with coffee :)
There is a good breakfast to choose from.
There was no shoe spoon in the room.
The shower stall was leaking
And if you are 180 and taller like my
boyfriend, a shower is not provided for you, you will
beat your head against the shower and it does not
increase in height.
Also, the diagonal of the TV 32 is not enough for the width of the room 4x5 from the bed it is not visible.
Rested on October 12-13, 2023
Great little hotel!
Decorated nicely!
Friendly staff, responsibly fulfill all requests.
Clean, cozy.
There was one small minus, we went to breakfast in the morning before leaving and there was no hot porridge by 7:30, although breakfast was from 7:00, the products were coveted, not today's, but we found something to eat in the end, generally not hungry.
In general, the hotel is excellent, left only
pleasant impressions. We will definitely come back
A great hotel no matter what.
The price is great!
The location is 3 minutes from Registan. In a quiet place!!!
Yes, there may be no view from the window or even a wall (but you have not been to Istanbul or Cairo). But we even had a view, even though we lived on the ground floor. There is no noise outside the window!
For the view, go up to the 3rd floor terrace!
The room is large and clean.
Yes, the shower is normal, although it leaks (my husband's was leaking, I don't).
The bed is wide. The mattress is as rigid as everywhere in Uzbekistan (in chain hotels it is the same stiffness), I am pregnant and it was fine for me.
They gave me an iron and a blackboard.
The staff is kind.
The breakfasts are good enough for every taste, Istanbul is much poorer and worse ... although they charge more money from tourists.
The hotel is good, excellent breakfasts, an observation deck on the Registan.Excellent breakfasts.Only the shower stall failed, it needs to be replaced. The rooms are spacious.
We booked this hotel on a well-known website based on positive reviews from 08.10.2024 to 09.10.2024, but had to escape from there on the second day. The hotel does not match the stated one. The rooms are smelly, the bed linen and towels are gray, the view from the windows of the neighboring houses. There is a shower stall in the bathroom with a broken door, when you take a shower you stand in the water, because it does not go away. The cabin itself is covered with mold. The water comes every other time, you can lather up and wait for the next portion of water. In general, I had to refuse, they did not want to return the money, they returned it with a fine. Well, God be with them, let them benefit them.
I do not recommend it, and I do not understand why there are so many positive reviews.
The Internet does not work from the word at all.
If you read reviews and see 5 stars there, don't believe them! Either they ask for friends, relatives or buy them! In a word, the real rating of this hotel is 1 star! We booked a room at the Booking for 2 days (it was supposed to be with a view), but in fact there was a 1st floor and a view out the window to the fence and the ruins of a neighboring house, the repair was just patched up, interior items and furniture were also pretty worn out! We wanted to leave this hotel right away, but decided to spend the night! In the morning, when taking a shower, it was discovered that the doors from the shower cabin are broken and do not close) there is no water pressure, and the water was turned off a couple of times because their pump broke) It was the last drop of patience! I went to the Reception and told the guy, return the money for the remaining day and we leave, and then I was surprised- he does not speak Russian! It turned out to be a very difficult task to return the money, when negotiating by phone with the owner, we agreed to refund the money from 1.080.000 soums, only 900.000 were returned to us! Therefore, my advice is to avoid this hotel! The only advantage is the proximity to Registan Square (5 minutes walk)
A nice hotel within walking distance from Registan. There is a terrace with sofas on the roof, you can watch a light show at the madrasah.
Comfortable rooms, with a refrigerator, a kettle. Clean bed linen, towels.
One of the disadvantages is problems with sewerage, apparently, because the water in some rooms leaves with difficulty (our friends had a tray in the shower and the water took a long time to leave).
In the morning, the breakfasts are quite good.
In general, it is very colorful: beautiful bright figures are placed at the reception, the staircase is lined with beautiful tiles.
The main advantage of the hotel is undoubtedly the location - a 3-minute leisurely walk to Registan Square. The hotel has access to the roof on the 3rd floor, from where you can admire the domes of one of the most beautiful and impressive architectural ensembles of Uzbekistan. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is decent, the rooms are clean, with everything you need. The price/quality ratio, taking into account the location, is excellent
Great location, awesome view from the veranda, rooms are clean (but minor repairs will not hurt). The breakfasts are good, the coffee is delicious. Responsive staff
A good hotel very close to Registan Square. The wrong side of it is visible from the window. Colorful. The rooms are normal, but the air conditioning is almost not working, we were asleep because we were in April, it was cool at night, we could open the windows. The shower cabin is a dirty pencil case in which a thin girl cannot turn around, the breakfasts are not bad, varied, delicious, buffet. If you are not too capricious in terms of comfort, then a normal hotel.
A good view from above, excellent cuisine in the morning, breakfast is worth taking, there are small disadvantages, but they are overlaid by big advantages. A good hotel to stay near the registrar is not so expensive. The price is adequate
Excellent view from the terrace on the Registan. The rooms are quite comfortable: good mattresses, a normal shower, comfortable armchairs, there is a wardrobe. Of the minuses: the windows on the ground floor had a view directly into the wall, the terminal did not work and they did not tell about it in advance, sockets fell out in the room.
The location is very good, a hundred steps from the central Registan Square. From the back of it with a view of the madrasah. The room is large and comfortable. A huge bed, a table and two armchairs, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a kettle. A shower stall, a toilet and a full set of toiletries, including shampoo and toothbrushes with toothpaste. A full set of towels for two. Clean and cozy. Very quiet. The windows looked out onto an alley where cars don't drive. The staff are young guys. They really want and help tourists.
Breakfast buffet. A lot of things! Everyone will find the perfect option for themselves, including fresh fruits.
We really liked this place. We recommend it! We would come back here again.
The location is excellent, the view from the window is sad, on someone else's fence,
The hotel is tired, the price is too high.
When breakfast is being prepared, the whole hotel stinks
The interior is beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious.
But card payment is "unavailable", they say that the terminal is "temporarily" not working. Do not count on cashback on the card.
The ideal location is near Registan Square. The view is the same from the roof. It's nice to sit on the roof in the evening, tables, chairs. The rooms are spacious.
On the plus side: a very good location. The hotel itself is pretty. There is a wonderful terrace on the roof of the hotel with a view of the Registan.
But it's a little dirty inside. Upon entering the room, the bathroom was covered in women's hair, towels were stained red, and the shower cabin had a touch of black mold. The drain in the shower almost does not work. I didn't like the breakfasts at all. At 9 a.m., half of the dishes offered were no longer available. The coffee machine is small, the water runs out very quickly - as a result, they did not wait for coffee, they left. The room was not cleaned. We stayed for 2 nights - there was no cleaning. In general, a little more attention to the amenities offered to the guests.
I liked the hotel. Very cool location, nice rooms, clean. Mattresses need to be replaced, definitely! Very tough. The breakfasts are quite good, you won't stay hungry. A good hotel in general, I recommend it!
A good hotel in the center of Samarkand with a panoramic roof with a great view of the Registan. In the evening, you can sit on the roof and look at the beautiful lighting of the Registan.
The breakfasts are the simplest, don't expect something super wow.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and the staff is friendly. We liked it
One of the advantages. Location and roof terrace. Polite staff.
Of the cons. The inability to pay with a card for accommodation. We rested on 31.12-02.01. It was cold in the rooms. The heating was turned on only after our arrival. They said to be heated with air conditioning. And he couldn't cope. WI-fi was constantly crashing and the network was shutting down. There is no kettle in the room. There is no cooler on the floor (if there is no kettle, then where can I get hot water?). But the kettle was brought, we asked separately. One of the rooms was not ready to receive us. Since the light was not working in the bathroom. It was good that there was a free room, it was changed for us, after a separate request. Breakfast on the 2nd consisted mainly of what was left of the 1st. Leftover porridge, old slicing, and so on. There is a huge pile of household food garbage in the yard where the car was parked. Sand was constantly falling from somewhere near the bathroom door.
In general, it feels like a lower-middle hotel in Anapa or Gelendzhik.
Wi-fi is practically not working, the air conditioner is not cold, the shower stall is leaking, the socket and the door handle are barely holding on. Friendly staff, clean bed linen.
Great location. Inexpensive. A cool place on the roof overlooking the Registan. It is great to stay in the warm season, there is air conditioning. But it's very cold in the colder months, the batteries are there, but they don't turn them on. Heating with air conditioning does not save. The breakfasts are edible, but nothing more.

A great modern restaurant with a local flavor. Both the kitchen and the service are at a good level. It is best to visit it in the evening, at sunset. Great view
I do not recommend it. Old rooms, rust and plaque in the shower, cold breakfast, the terminal is not working. They do not fulfill their promises: they agreed in advance that our reservation would be extended for another 1 night, upon check-in it turned out that there were no places - we had to look for options on the spot.
The service and staff are all top notch. Clear. Rooms are cleaned regularly. The location is excellent, in the city center, with a terrace overlooking the Registan (rear view)
They extorted payment by card, the water was not that hot, but in general any ended right in the process of taking a shower and with a soapy head... room cleaning - not heard... breakfast is more or less for 4 maximum
The hotel is very conveniently located in the very center, with a wonderful view of Registan from the roof. However, the staff is not familiar with the service at all. The hotel was booked in advance, we arrived in the evening, but the rooms were not ready. It feels like we weren't expecting any guests at all. The cleaning was hastily done, but they forgot to change the bed linen. The shower is leaking, the bed is broken. Unpleasant impressions. But it's easy to fix.
A small but comfortable enough hotel with an excellent location! The staff is very responsive, listens to all wishes. Breakfast for four and wi-fi is not very good. But the idea of a roof deck is great! On a fine evening, it is very pleasant to sit over a cup of tea with nuts and sweets from the local market. I recommend it!
We were alone with my husband in this hotel at the end of March, before Navruz.
We booked a room at a booking office with a view of the landmark. We had a late check-in, which was agreed upon in advance. As a result, upon arrival we were told that they did not have a free room with a view of the landmark and in general they did not display this in the booking. Well, that's fine, because we did not understand from which rooms the landmark is visible. Because there are high fences or other buildings on all sides that block this view. The sound insulation in the rooms is terrible! You can hear sneezing behind the wall, as they enter the shower stall in the next room.
Of the advantages:
1. The breakfast is delicious and varied.
2. There is an exit to the roof, where there are sofas, tables and swings. View of Registan from the roof.
3. The hotel is very close to this landmark.
The maid did not change the wet towels that we left on the floor, but put them on top of clean unused towels. The foot towel, which was also lying on the floor and had a stain on it, was hung on the towel rail as new and clean. I had to go to the reception and ask for clean and dry towels.
The bed linen was covered in some black crumbs, there were stains on the pillowcase and duvet cover - it is unclear whether they did not wash off, or whether the linen was not changed at all after previous users.
Three stars only for the convenient location.
The hotel is located at the back of Registan Square, on a narrow street. A taxi
can't get to the entrance because of the cars parked right on the street. In the nearest
there is not a single decent shop and restaurant within walking distance. The restaurant offered by the hotel administration has the most delicious food in Uzbekistan. From
the notorious roof terrace, you can only see the dome of one of the Madrasahs and
the dirty cluttered courtyards of private houses.
We booked two rooms for 5 nights. The rooms are dark, one of the rooms has windows
we went out on the wall of the neighboring house, located literally at a distance of 30 cm (you can touch the neighboring wall with your hand), then
there is actually a room without windows. The bed linen and towels are washed, with
the smell of chlorine. The mattresses were such that it was impossible to sleep-
bare wooden logs were stuffed into a beautiful orthopedic mattress cover, I had to put
jackets under my back at night. The rooms were cleaned during our stay
only once after our request, not only did they not replace the bed
linen, but they did not even replenish the supply of shower accessories and toilet paper!
The audibility from the neighboring rooms and from the corridor is verbatim, but what struck us most
of all was the continuous "friendly" communication between the two administrators on
the sofa in the lobby from early morning until late evening, which we were forced
to listen to while in the rooms.
The room was warm for the first three nights, but when most of the guests
left, the owners simply turned off the heating. Snowfall has just started in Samarkand these days
and the temperature has dropped to minus values! The air conditioner in
the heating mode could not cope at all, the room became cold and damp.
Breakfasts are a separate amazing story. In the first three days, a very
good buffet was offered: porridge, cheesecakes, omelette, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, samsa,
salads, cheese and sausage cuts, vegetables, fruits, desserts, juice, coffee, tea. But as
soon as most of the guests left…The buffet was also gone: for two days in the morning we
were fed with cherished leftovers from previous feasts, there was nothing hot
at all, not even fried eggs (apparently the cook did not even come). Just on a plate
, the administrator put three cherished pieces of sausage, three pieces of cheese,
three jars of yogurt and three cookies for the three of us.
But the apotheosis was the last day of our stay! Due to the snowfall, the departure of our
flight was delayed and we appealed to the host through the administrators with a request
to extend the stay for 4 hours. In response, they demanded from us for these hours an amount
exceeding the cost of our daily stay at the hotel!
Summary: this hotel ruined all our vacation experiences in a beautiful
Uzbekistan! We travel a lot, always focusing on hotel reviews,
and for the first time we were so disappointed! Obviously, the administration is manipulating
the reviews. I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel, which does not
respect guests and does not value its reputation, saving literally on every little thing!
Breakfast was as if from yesterday's table. I do not recommend a room next to the reception - you will not be able to retire, the audibility is strong. There was hair on the underwear. One of the advantages is the location, the atmosphere in the rooms and the attitude of the staff.
4 ⭐️ for the location and the terrace.
Minuses:
- the beds are hard
- Wi-Fi is not stable, I constantly had to connect it manually
- the breakfasts are very poor
- our room has not been cleaned more than once (stayed for 2 days)
- there is no bar at the reception, no coffee, no drinks
- I fixed the iron, ruined their dress, the temperature was at a minimum, apparently a bad iron
Positive:
+ location, in the heart of Samarkand
+ the terrace, although it has not been put in order (apparently the season has not started yet and they did not have time to clean up)
+ the room has a refrigerator, a kettle and a refrigerator
The service is focused on getting $ and not on tourists. No involvement from the staff. They don't say anything about the city or the schedule of events. There is no card.
The shower broke down. They moved to another room, the water pressure is below the minimum. There is no soap in the rooms, then there is a toothbrush.
When cleaning the rooms, some of the garbage was thrown out the window onto the street (the child dragged 3 cones, went for a walk. They came and the cones are lying around at the entrance)
The location is convenient. The track is big.
A chic hotel, with soft pillows and blankets, the cleanest room and a gorgeous view on the roof. Delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. If we are going to Samarkand, then only to Kamila
Disgusting breakfasts
The rooms are good, but the service is a little lame. Cleaning is done only on request

I made this assessment only because of the location and the view from the roof.
The hotel does not meet the level of $100 per night, or rather a guest house. The room is cleaned and the trash is taken out only if asked.
On the second day, the garbage was taken out by themselves at the reception.
Fiscal receipts with a QR code were not issued, and payment is accepted in foreign currency. The rooms have good ventilation. The Chinese neighbors even opened the door to the hallway. WiFi in the rooms works very poorly.
The kettle leaked, but it was not replaced in 3 days.
Lovely hotel, very friendly staff!!!)).. On the eve of arrival, they called the hotel, asked what time we would arrive, if we needed to meet?..We ordered a taxi to the train station, we arrived at night))..The room has a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush))..everything is disposable!!!..Tea in the room as a treat, it's very nice!!)).. For a buffet breakfast, if something is cold, you can ask to warm it up!!))..we were very satisfied!!!))
