Perfect location for getting around to the most visited sites, though others are just a taxi away. The breakfast provided was timely and tasty. The staff were responsive to my questions and requests.

Beautiful hotel. It is nice and quiet. Good location, just behing Registan Square. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast was good.

The hotel has two advantages, in fact - a relatively convenient location) Registan is a 3-minute walk away and a great view from the roof terrace. Now about the cons. I booked a room according to the description with windows and a double bed. In fact, they settled into a cubicle of 6 sq.m. with a tiny window under the ceiling. Allegedly, there are no other numbers, the issue was not resolved in any way. The plumbing was old, the bathroom was dirty, there was no toilet brush (they brought it only after the second request), the shower was broken - a tiny trickle. When breakfast is being prepared, the smell (I would not say that it is very pleasant) is all over the hotel. There is no sound insulation in the room as a class. I definitely would not have chosen this hotel a second time.
