Kamolon Osh is a delightful destination for anyone craving authentic and delicious Pilav.
The menu features an impressive selection of Pilav, with standouts like the Samarkand Pilav, Chaykhana Pilav, and Wedding Pilav. Each dish is masterfully prepared, offering a unique taste of tradition and culinary excellence. The flavors are rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the servings are generous.
Very good place to eat plov, they serve different types of plov of which choyxona plov is my favorite. Most times it’s crowded so if you have bigger company you should consider booking beforehand. The prices are bit higher than other places for plov.
Assalamu aleykum.
The best national cusine ever in Uzbekistan 🇺🇿
Great atmosphere. The best national cuisine ever I seen, very appetizing and sweet dishes. Their officers are also given excellent service.
What I like the most is that the Uzbek national atmosphere and Song are so great.
Thank you guys. You are the best.
Nice place with a variety of plove types available. The big circle-shaped tables are very comfortable for groups of nearly 6-10 people and in the basement there is a plenty of space with relatively quieter atmosphere
I recently visited this wonderful Uzbek cuisine restaurant, and emotions are still overwhelming! 💖 From the very entrance, we were greeted by an atmosphere of comfort and warmth. The interior was decorated with love, every detail created a feeling of home comfort and harmony. 🏡✨
Now about the food! It was a real gastronomic journey! 🍽️ Every dish is a work of art: bright colors, mouth-watering flavors and incredible taste. The pilaf was hearty and fragrant, and the kebab just melted in your mouth! 🤤🥩
I can't help but notice how clean and tidy the restaurant is. This is really important, and they take care of every aspect of their guests' comfort. 🧼✨
The service is also top—notch - the attentive and friendly staff made our evening even more enjoyable. 🌼
I recommend it to anyone who appreciates real Uzbek cuisine and wants to spend time in a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely come back again! ❤️👏
Kamolon is a teahouse in a modern interpretation, high class.
Here you will taste Uzbek cuisine on a qualitatively different level. The restrained and stylish interior of the establishment, serving in good dishes, excellent service and the operation of the kitchen at a consistently high level.
The menu itself is small, but quite diverse. The main dish is pilaf, there are 4 types of it here. The menu also includes soups, mantas, salads, snacks and desserts.
A very tasty and soulful place. Having been here once, you will come back here.
The best pilaf restaurant in Tashkent. There is Tashkent wedding pilaf, and Samarkand zigir pilaf. Both pilafs are perfectly cooked. I recommend ordering a glass of girob with pilaf, it tastes like it's between vinegar and wine, but without alcohol, it's an excellent remedy for appetite. I also recommend anzur, it's wild garlic or onion. I advise you to be patient, as there is always a huge queue.
I love to eat pilaf here, it is always delicious and fast. Teahouse pilaf is heavier with pork rinds, wedding pilaf is lighter and more varied, it is better to take a pilaf set and be sure to order tomato juice 🔥
Good fast service, pleasant environment. There may be problems with parking during rush hours. The basement is cooler and quieter. Unfortunately, they cannot /do not always want to serve pilaf the way the client asks: double meat, without carrots... I tried mashkechirik once, I don't recommend it, it tasted like it was a little burnt.
If this is your first time in Tashkent, start exploring pilaf from this place. A huge number of locals come here for lunch. The place where locals come to dine is definitely of interest.
Pilaf is wonderful! Achuchuk is incomparable. You must also order the juice from pickled tomatoes! 10 out of 10!
Keep in mind, from 13 to 14 it can be very! a large queue
An excellent absolutely non-touristic place with 5 types of pilaf on the menu (all 5 at the same time, of course, I have never seen there, but Samarkand and chaykhansky, as a rule, are always there.
Very fast service (however, get ready that not everyone speaks Russian), good service, and most importantly - real high-quality Uzbek cuisine for your own (there are no kebabs). I definitely recommend it. This is not a Beshkozon for you;-)
Everything is very tasty there. The simplest tea is also delicious brewed if you noticed a lot of people there on weekdays, including guests from foreign countries. Probably they also told something about Komolon osh in their blog. I am very interested in the opinions of the guests and it would be nice to read an article about Komolon osh.
One of the two points recommended to me by local colleagues with gorgeous pilaf! I tried Tashkent pilaf here. Very light, in cottonseed oil with chickpeas and raisins. The taste is excellent! I definitely recommend it!
We were here for lunch on 14.06. we ordered a festive set, a zigir osh set and an achchik chuchuk salad.
- festive (Tui oshi) is not delicious: the rice is not cooked, the pieces of meat are burnt on one side, there are few raisins, few chickpeas and small, and most importantly the kazy was rotten, the dolma filling was raw and also stank of rotten meat.
- zigir osh: rice and meat are normal, but the carrots were completely unsalted, there were practically no raisins and chickpeas - that's why everything together was bland and tasteless. The kazy here was also rotten, dolma with a raw and rotten filling.
- achchik chuchuk: cheap red tomatoes are used, not yet ripe.
When paying, the festive one was removed from the receipt.
Conclusion: we spent money on the interior and uniforms for the staff, but the products used and, accordingly, hence the quality of the dishes provided are very low.
I do not recommend it!
This is just a wonderful place where you can enjoy the magnificent Uzbek pilaf! It is cooked perfectly, every piece of meat and grain of rice is saturated with the aroma of spices and love of cooking. The atmosphere of the establishment also pleasantly surprises with its coziness and hospitality. If you value quality food and a welcoming environment, then this place is perfect for you!
They cook just a class, the staff is a class, inexpensive, try it especially or like a shurpa, just delicious, come in, you will not regret it, works until nightfall, can visit this place with your family.
The atmosphere is good, everything is organized, taken into account
Pros: pilaf is very tasty 2 types, so far number 1 in Tashkent, portions are normal, lots of salads of all kinds, tortillas are delicious, NUMBER ONE IN TASHKENT SO FAR!
Cons: There is no parking, constant parking problems!
The pilaf is not bad, there is a choice, but in general, the prices are too high. There is much tastier pilaf in Tashkent (and this is not the Center of Pilaf), many ordinary small places are sharpened for pilaf
Pilaf is definitely one of the most delicious. Honestly. At lunchtime, to look into a restaurant and enjoy lunch and company is the very thing.
In mantami, of course, the trouble is: the dough is very thin and they brought us already broken mantami (2 servings of 5 pieces and not a single whole). Meat, yes, is delicious, but manta rays without juice are a waste of money. And the price of manta rays, admittedly, is higher than in other establishments.
Otherwise, you will take a look at lunch yourself and you will understand the level of people's trust in this place. Sometimes I just wonder why there are so many people. And then I start eating the floors - that's why people come.
The place is famous for its pilaf. It is distinguished by the efficiency of the staff, a cozy room and a more convenient location. As for the menu, the very name says that this place is popular with types of pilaf, I especially recommend wedding pilaf. It is difficult to find a free table on Thursdays, so I recommend booking in advance)
It's always delicious, always good service. A decent place where you can treat your guests to a variety of pilaf. Clean, decorated in oriental style and nice prices! One of my favorite national cafes
In my opinion, this place is in the top 2 in the list of pilafs in Tashkent. The staff is polite, the food is served immediately. The place is also made to taste. Besides pilaf, there are other dishes (beshbarmak, soups, etc.)
A great place and location! Impeccable service! Amazingly delicious dishes and snacks! Affordable prices! Thank you very much, prosperity and stability to you!
