I do not recommend this organization. I turned to the laptop for diagnostics, and a week later I was informed that the video chip allegedly failed. The only solution offered was to switch the laptop to embedded graphics, effectively making it suitable only for watching videos and surfing the Internet. The cost of this “service” would be 400 rubles. When I asked if there were other options, they answered in the negative.
When I suggested replacing the video chip myself, it turned out that they did not have such chips. I offered to purchase it myself, but the price of the work remained at the same 400 rubles, which surprised me unpleasantly.
As a result, I decided to contact another workshop — Fix2Fast, and I did not regret it. The specialists there quickly found the real problem, which turned out to be related to nutrition, and fixed it for 290 rubles.
When I took the laptop from the first workshop, I asked what exactly the problem was, but I did not get a clear answer — only the general “video chip died". It seems that their main goal is just to earn money, not to solve the client's problem.
I gave the Xbox console for diagnostics. The next day, they called and said that everything was fine with the power supply, it was necessary to disassemble the console to find out the cause of the breakdown, to which they received my verbal Consent, provided that if I refused to repair it further, I would pay 45 rubles for diagnostics. On the same day in the evening, they called me and said that repairing the console would cost 150 rubles, to which I refused to repair it and said that it would be easier for me to buy another one. However, they told me that they had already repaired it, although this was contrary to the contract, and asked how much I was willing to pay for repairs. To put me in an awkward position, I agreed to give 100 rubles. The console seemed to work, But another master disassembled it and was horrified by the quality of the repair. The most terrible company, the highest degree of lying, feeding breakfast and other promises. I do not advise anyone, do not contact us in any case!!!!!!! They practically do not do anything themselves, they give it to third-party organizations, respectively, and prices because of this. In 2023, they made a laptop for me for 3 months and did not do it. They said there were problems in the matrix, they bought a new one, but they didn't just buy it but prepaid, they couldn't see it any other way (which is already a lie) and what do you think, the laptop didn't work, they said to wait more, they will look for a problem. They gave it to a third-party organization that determined that the video card was burned, and voila. With scandals, he beat the money back for unnecessary replacement of the matrix, the money was given in half with grief, the new matrix was taken away, the old one was put in place. They will not be able to do anything, there are no spare parts and there will be no new or used ones. And so, a year later, I found the spare parts that I needed, called the master at home, the person came, changed, turn on the laptop and it turns on but the matrix does not, the picture goes through VGA to the monitor, there is no laptop fault, we decided to disassemble the matrix, suddenly they did not connect, forgot in this service, and we see that yes, they did not connect, we are trying to connect and we see that the matrix is not from my laptop at all and I have a 40-pin cable on the matron and 30 pins on the matrix. Accordingly, they didn't give a damn what to throw into the laptop instead of the new matrix that they took for themselves, if they gave the money, then they didn't care what to put on it. And there are also some bolts missing in the laptop and a couple of plugs. When I talked about the shortcomings on the spot, they said look for it, we will return it, we will call so no one called. So in no case do not contact them if you do not want to waste time, nerves and money. I would put minus 5 or zero if possible. Yes, and now they say that they don't know me, they can't find me not by phone, but by last name and first name or by the order number that remained a sticker on the laptop. They say it's been a little over a year, and they don't have any more information stored...
In general, I am very satisfied with the work done. The essence of the story is as follows. On Saturday evening of this wonderful year, sticks were drifted on my faithful friend Dualsense. I couldn't wait for a long time and on the same beautiful evening I called the master from the online store. Unfortunately, the master did not have the strength to cope with the repair of such a complex thing. On Sunday (I note that very thoughtfully) I took my long-suffering gamepad to the guys from the campus.Bye, 20 minutes of repairs, they saved my faithful friend under a sweet conversation. I brought 1080ti once. The head was fooled, nothing was fixed. The second time I asked to transplant the leg of socket 1151 - they can't. There is a feeling that they can't do anything at all.
Then they also called on Sunday to download the rights on the phone for a review. There is a recording of the conversation. It would be possible to put 0 stars - I would put zero.
They messed up the display when cleaning the phone. They refused to admit their guilt. The manipulation of shifting responsibility to what I have in my hands when checking it means it's not their problem. Threats that if I don't accept a job, they won't give me my phone.

Terrible company! Prices are simply taken from the head and they do not correspond to our realities. I called a week ago and asked how much it would cost to install the software on the set-top box, they said 30p. After that, a week later, I arrived, gave the console, and asked how long it would take, realizing that I couldn't wait that long, I just asked to create a local disk on the hard drive so that I could install the software on the console myself. The master created a hard drive for a minute and said this service costs 45p, a MINUTE OF HIS TIME.
And the entire installation of the software cost, according to the master on the phone, 30p. Think further for yourself…
Poor service. They took the money for nothing. Allegedly, according to them, they were diagnosed and tried to repair, but in the end they did not even disassemble, which was revealed by another master. I strongly advise against it.
I sent a joystick by delivery to replace the potentiometers with Hall effect sensors. It was done instantly and sent back. Dead zone is at zero, flight is normal and guaranteed(!)
Before this workshop, I was with highly qualified specialists with a problem : the SSD stopped working and soldered 1 wiring to the cooler.
How it all ended🤦🏻♂️ 1.5 weeks, they told stories about what a problematic laptop, that it was necessary to throw a new SSD or hdd and the cooler died and the bios settings were not in order , in general they gave it back and also so soldered that they spoiled even more with damage to some whole spare parts 🤦🏻♂️ even managed to scratch the lid and They left garbage inside the laptop.
In the campus office, all questions were solved in 44 minutes without fairy tales. It turns out that the cooler was working and the SSD does not need to be changed and the BIOS is fine.

I clarified the approximate cost of the service (I knew exactly my problem) via messenger, and received fairly quick and clear answers. I wanted to insist on viewing the repair (a new laptop for savings, God forbid that they pull it out), but then I realized the reason for the impossibility: almost all the rented space goes to the repair center, if desired, in fact, you can stand near the counter and look at the process, but it will be a bunch
After cleaning the sticky keys (I spilled juice, the mechanisms were glued, and surface self–cleaning did not help much - the aesthetics of the new device collapsed too early) everything worked quite smoothly, I was offered to check the keys on the spot myself.
I damaged one small button trying to remove it from the mount, because of this, then it was constantly removed when pressed crookedly. I don't know how they saw it, but the mounting hook was bent. But they bent it back and the key is now sitting well (in the chat they estimated a hypothetical replacement for a new one at 15 rubles, but it was lucky that the condition was not deplorable – they did it as if for sport)
And when the repair was completed (I have six training sessions a week and I was ill to drive laps – I was sitting in the gym, waiting), they came up to me and called me, about five minutes earlier than the promised hour.

I applied to the workshop on the recommendation. Unfortunately, the guys could not perform a qualified diagnosis, but only aggravated the breakdown even more. Without notifying, for some reason they decided to solder the board. I brought it with one breakdown, but they also gave it away with a broken lamp. We could not repair the projector, a worker gave it to 60%, but a non-worker took it away. They could not clearly explain the reason for the current situation.
