A great city hotel. I advise everyone to try a vacation not of the "all inclusive, I move only on the territory of the hotel" type, but of this type, when you live in a city, you feel like a part of a Turkish city, not a suburban village. The hotel is small but cozy, we went in November 2021. The food is very tasty, the rooms are quite decent. The staff is excellent, everyone is friendly, the receptionists speak excellent Russian. The sea is 7-10 minutes away, the beach is wonderful.

I really liked this hotel. We had a rest in May 2022. We arrived at 11 a.m. we were fed and immediately given a room. We didn't wait for it to happen. A quiet, cozy hotel, 10 minutes to the sea at a slow pace. The bed is comfortable, cleaning every day-thank you to the staff for your hard work. The food was very good, the head chef looked after everything and helped the waiters - he was very smiling. I want to come back here

By some standards, the hotel certainly does not reach 4, but the sincere atmosphere and attitude towards vacationers pull everything for the better.I had a rest in March 2021, the hotel is located 5-7 minutes from the beach 7 with free sun beds, but in order to get them you need to take a pass to the reception desk, and you need to do this daily.Take towels to the beach from home - because of covid, they are no longer given at the hotel.The food is always different, everything is delicious, the most sincere chef, the waiters try their best for everyone.The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are replaced if you defiantly put them down either at the sink or on the floor.But the footrest for getting out of the bath, despite all my hints, has not been changed once in a week)) There is a hammam nearby, where everyone also tries to please as much as possible.There are no dissatisfied people in this hotel, there is no need to attract attention to yourself several times in order to fulfill your request.Gunel speaks excellent Russian at the reception, he will tell you everything.Shops are within walking distance.

We had a vacation with my husband from April 10 to April 20, just before the borders were closed.We really liked everything, it was clean and cozy at home.The very center of Alinia.Shops, cafes... Cleopatra beach is nearby, the sand is the purest, and the air guys there are no words.The cook is excellent, the food is delicious, the bar is super, in general, you will not regret going.

We returned from a vacation from the resort of Alanya in July 2021. We were at the Candelor Hotel. We are disappointed with the hotel itself and the selection of this tour for us and the young man. Our stated selection criteria and expectation of rest , hotel rooms and the city itself were completely disappointed! We told the tour operator our vacation preferences, including so that you can walk around the beautiful city at night, so that there is a great nightlife, many establishments and clubs. So to speak, active recreation. So that you can have something to see and walk around in the evenings. The city of Alanya was recommended to us . As a result, when we arrived in Alanya, we were completely disappointed and upset. The money was wasted, and not a small one. In the evening , there is nowhere to go , nowhere to go, there are no night establishments at all ! Having walked around the whole city , we did not find more than one club !!! It 's just awful ! We sat in the evening just in the room , or on the veranda near the hotel , because there are simply no establishments ! I will never turn to tez tour again. Expectation -reality did not fully meet our expectations. Moreover, we are a young couple, and there was no place to go, although we stipulated in priority that we want more entertainment in the evenings and night establishments. There was nothing in Alanya.

Restaurant and food for a solid four and a bar as well.

We had a vacation in November 2021, with my husband and child for 2 years.
The hotel is not even up to 3 ⭐️ . The room is small and dirty, like the whole hotel. In the 1st room, which was provided to us, there was a smell of junk in the main building. The floors are washed only 1 time per day of check-in, so they answered at the reception (I was speechless). When I asked them to give us a duvet cover at 21.30, they replied that the maids were no longer there, and they did not know where to get the linen, sleep for now, we will provide tomorrow ("good" service for the hotel 4⭐️)
In the restaurant, the high chair is one for everyone and constantly dirty, at my request to wipe the chair, they defiantly shook off the crumbs with a dry cloth taken from the basket, as I understood it for dirty tablecloths and that's all and that's during the pandemic. The chairs at the tables are dirty, stained, the panoramic doors-the windows are also all dirty... in general, they would have been cleaned normally and there were no questions…
By food: for breakfast there is a very salty scramble and no rice porridge, for lunch you can choose what, dinner is good and sweets are very tasty. We haven't tried alcohol.
The staff, as everyone writes, is smiling, yes they smile, but I did not see sincerity in their faces ... they smile so that we fill their boxes with tips)
The location of the hotel is good, a 5-minute walk from the famous Cleopatra beach, the embankment, the funicular to the fortress, near the bus stop (5-10 min center).
On the penultimate day of rest, a cemetery was discovered opposite our beach number 7, and we experienced "delight".
I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday, pay a little more money, but choose a fresher and cleaner hotel.

Vacationed with my wife in Alanya in the village of Candelor from 16-26.05.19. The administrator Gunel met and placed her very well in the 1st building, she is very polite, delicate, speaks excellent Russian, we learned a lot of useful information from her, thank her very much! Chef Sinan and his entire team cooked and fed various delicious dishes and phenomena, everything was very pleasant.Room cleaning every day.The weather is sunny and hot, the sea is getting warmer and warmer every day!Cleopatra's beach is incomparable, and so is the sea!In general, we are very satisfied with the rest, a quiet and peaceful city hotel.We recommend visiting and relaxing at this hotel!!!

I do not recommend it. It's dirty, boring, and the only alcohol in the bar is beer in the evenings. As the receptionist admitted to us, the hotel management gives out a bottle of crayfish and vodka for the day) the moustache is over, come back tomorrow. Strange all inclusive) water 1 bottle per day.
