It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment complex 👍
Good location, convenient, a lot of things have been thought out in the rooms, clean enough, drinking water in the cooler, a place of relaxation with a micro-zoo))))) books to pass the time, fairly prompt communication with the administrator (I don't know exactly who exactly by status), a nice cafe for breakfast, convenient check-in.
The only negative for today is in the form of a non-working outlet by the bed and a somewhat dusty window sill.
Otherwise, everything is wonderful and excellent value for money.

We stay in this apartment for the third time in a triple room with amenities. I like the location in the city center, close to shopping malls and attractions. The rooms are clean and always ready for check-in time. There are all necessary household appliances: refrigerator, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. There are coolers with drinking water in the corridor, a library in Russian. The administration is always ready to answer questions and solve problems. They speak Russian. ATMs in the shopping center next to the apartment. The price corresponds to the quality. The most affordable apartments in Narva. You can't find a better one!

We traveled from another country for more than 20 hours (train, plane, bus) and just dreamed of checking in and taking a hot shower. Our dreams were not destined to come true in this hotel. There was no hot water and they didn't even bother to warn us about it. At 22:00 there was simply nowhere to go, I had to stay here.
Secondly, someone was constantly running around the floor above at night, it's good that I had earplugs with me.
I also want to comment on communication with the manager of this "hostel" - an unpleasant type who also brazenly deceives the support of the Agoda website (told them that he warned us in advance about the lack of hot water). He offered to reimburse us 10% of the cost for the "inconvenience", which we naturally refused. You can't even buy food for this money anymore.
I also do not advise contacting the Agoda website, they do not solve the problems absolutely.
