Good time of day. I wanted to sign up for a trial class today. I asked about the card payment method, to which they replied that there is only a transfer and cash payment. When asked why you don't have a terminal, they answered me, because we are Kazakhstanis, and you are a visitor 😳 I was comfortable with the terminal at the moment of payment, since I have an American card. Moreover, I see Kaspi and Halyk terminals at every step, so I wondered why this company does not have one. Please also note that having a foreign card does not make me a visitor. My parents and grandparents are native Almatians who have lived and lived here all their lives, including me, respectively. I don't know if my interlocutor was an administrator or someone else, but the answers were as unprofessional as possible.
