The day before, we ordered food by pickup in Saransk by a certain time.the operator called and clarified exactly what was needed for tomorrow.by the specified time , they arrived to pick up .The cashier could not answer anything intelligible about the order , she only repeated that we were not alone .I couldn 't answer where our order is and when it will be prepared . The holiday was ruined because we wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary at home.
