I have never seen such an attitude in any delivery, the order was placed on February 14, at 16.59 and the wait was 3 hours, it's understandable, there are a lot of orders, at the time when 3 hours and 20 minutes passed, I wrote and they answered, wait another hour!!!!! If they had answered me right away at about 5 o'clock, I would have thought more and I would have had time, if, what, to order somewhere else. And an institution that respects its customers should call itself and say that the delivery is delayed, and not I myself should seek information about my order, by the way, they did not answer me at what stage my order was, there is a suspicion that at the stage of cooking rice, we end up getting "sorry, we did not calculate time"and a ruined evening" although during this time it would have been possible to cook a jelly!!!!!!!

We ordered through the app and decided with friends to sit in an institution on the spot. A small room, two tables for a company of 5-6 people. In general, I liked it inside, but I could also take it with me, but I wanted to sit in place.
We took a set and when ordering in the application there was an action as a gift of a roll or pizza, choose a pizza! The set is delicious, fresh, the rice is not dried - as it happens in most cases, we really liked everything! The order was ready within half an hour, we took drinks on the spot. I advise you to try sushi, also keep an eye on promotions. We are not the first to order in this institution-it is always delicious and satisfying. We ate too much))

I ordered set No. 4 and combo No. 3, the rolls turned out to be sharp, there is no indication on the site that they are sharp, I thought average, but when after the 3rd roll I started to feel sick, I had to give it to another person. There was no Coke in the combo, although it is listed as free. Roughly speaking, out of the entire order for 40(!) rubles, I ate nuggets, some potatoes, a corn dog, a couple of cheese balls and 3 rolls. It's just a terrible service, I won't contact you anymore

They called for the first time at 20:04, they said that the order would be made for 3 hours. 22:21 they were called a second time, they managed to get through on the 5th time, 3 hours have passed, there is still no order. They said that the courier had already parked near our house. 22:40 there is still no courier. The question arises: did he get lost between the cars or what?
P.S. The application still says that the order has just been prepared, not a word is said about delivery in the order progress…

The establishment is not bad, there are delicious sushi, BUT if you pay with a card, the terminal does not work well, it freezes. And in fact, I paid in cash, the terminal sank and the card payment also passed. Sushi for double the cost is too much. And no one is interested or needs to understand the current situation, these are just my problems. And in principle, the chefs who do not understand the cash discipline were clever and said that I need to solve this issue myself, Kansai sushi has nothing to do with it.. I do not advise you to eat sushi at a double rate. Establish a card payment system and your knowledge of the cash register. Closing the shift, the surplus was visible on the same evening, but your institution appropriated my money for itself, because there was no check with cash payment either. Only by contacting the bank where I am serviced, my funds were refunded. I am very upset with the service and your behavior.

I am outraged by this institution. After making an order for pickup at 19:00, they told me to come pick up at 21:00. Upon arrival at the appointed time, they said that the order was not ready and they had to wait another 30-40 minutes. This is unprofessional, the staff does not plan their time and does not value the time of customers. As a result of their lack of punctuality, the family was left hungry, because time was no longer allowed to place an order in trusted establishments.
