A gorgeous clean beach, a good pool, a well-groomed small beautiful territory, clean rooms, but 2 fat disadvantages, these are terribly dirty toilets with a non-working drain and showers, which you can not call showers, because there is no warm water, no taps to turn on this water at all, some kind of valves.
The kitchen would also like to wish for the best, from the pile of ordered dishes, I liked only okroshka milkshake, the portions were just scanty, they carried the order for 40 minutes, and brought everything cold, when we told the waiter about it and asked for clarification, we were invited by the beer-drinking administrator who said that everything should be like this...To be honest, we were shocked.
I think that you can only go there for a day, without spending the night and with your own products.

A great place for a family vacation. The pools (adult and children's) are gorgeous. We rested here (in 2024) for the fifth time. The territory is well maintained. The main alley is shady, with comfortable benches. The staff is friendly.

A great place for a family holiday, the territory is large and well-groomed, the pool water is clean, the whole area is illuminated at night. There is a good selection of drinks at the bar. As for the recreation area itself. Here you can visit both daytime and overnight. the pool is clean. Everything is relatively clean around. There is a lot of room for tanning. Polite staff. The administrator Sergey explains the rules of stay very correctly and intelligibly. The bed linen is white. It is very important. It is washed by a specialized dry cleaner. The cafe bar, as I understand it, is rented. But the guys there are also trying. The prices, although not very cheap, are quite tolerable. I went to rest, in my opinion, it doesn't work anywhere anymore :-) sandy beach. There are a lot of beds. There are also mushroom umbrellas :-). There are gazebos. Gazebos are paid. People swim in the sea and in the pool. Swimming in the sea didn't work out very well this year. Shallow enough water takes a very long time to reach the depth. And there it's already too far and I don't want to go. I'm going to score points. Toilets, showers and so on are all in sufficient quantity. In general, the owners of this recreation area own several electrical goods stores in the city. By the way, I forgot to mention it. A lot of greenery. Even squirrels run. The place is good. From the highway, 15-20 minutes on gravel and you are there. The parking lot is large. Lots of trees. There are houses for living. We stopped by for a day. The beach is the best for children. They gave 20 thousand rubles for two adults and one child. The kitchen is good, although not everything is on the menu. Okroshka is super!
There is a children's pool. It gets a little dirty with blue paint, apparently it did not have time to dry or from the heat. Sun beds and umbrellas are included in the price. There are few of them, we need to arrive early. Gazebos are paid. As I understand it, you can bring the food yourself, no one checks.
There are not many people in general. We were there on Saturday.

For the current level of service on Kapchagai, if you understand what I mean, it's not bad! Green area, lawn, trees, flowers.... It's nice! A good pool, cleaned, disinfected. There are many canopies with sun beds both near the pool and on the beach. There are gazebos. The rooms are simple but clean. With air conditioning. There is a kitchen near the pool, the barbecue surprised me - it was delicious! I don't see any point in bringing food with me, everything is delicious there. They brought only drinks with them. The showers and toilets are shared, but there was no queue. The beach is sandy, but as you enter the water there are one and a half meters of stones.
To summarize: Well done, you can see that they are trying, putting their day and soul into it! A family-friendly recreation area!

The territory has become very dirty compared to previous years, the pool water is dirty, hair floats, filtration and cleaning is not carried out.Visitors swim in the pool in ordinary clothes.The deck chairs are broken and dirty.Toilets, showers and the beach are dirty. After the request to the administration to clean the toilets and showers was ignored. Although there was a maid on the territory of the recreation area, who was sitting on a bench in a smartphone. There are a lot of bottles, napkins and household garbage on the beaches, which is not cleaned during the day. We have been your guests for more than one year, so there is something to compare it with. We understand that we will not come again. The rest was ruined.

It is absolutely not worth your money, yes, I will not compare it with elite recreation centers, but nevertheless, you must understand that toilets and showers are on the street, there are no changing rooms, container rooms are like in a communal apartment, that is, you share a refrigerator, shelves for storing food with neighbors, the word "TV" you can forget, the Internet practically does not catch and the administration will not provide you with a Wi-Fi network, the working staff and the administration are very impolite. There is no liquid soap, antiseptics in the toilets, and often there was no toilet paper. They called, booked a place for one number of people, confirmed the reservation, arrived, it turned out that there were no places, and settled everyone in one already small, stuffy room, while they did not make even the slightest discount, they did not even apologize. They checked in for more than an hour, as the staff lost the room key, then they had to build an extra bed, since, of course, the room was not designed for another person. And asking in this regard to allow a slightly longer stay in the room, the owner rudely replied that these were our problems, since we were settled for a long time, they say we had to come earlier and according to the world standard - you need to vacate the room before 12 days. The world standard, I repeat, is toilets on the street with the absence of the simplest hygiene products. For that kind of money, you can find a better base, with all the human comforts.
