At the appointed time, I came to pick up seth - it turned out that they hadn't started cooking him yet. According to the employee, the order has just arrived (exactly at the moment when I arrived for it) although the confirmation was 40 minutes ago. In general, no sushi, no apologies - wasted time and gasoline. Of course, I understand everything, but are your employees unable to admit guilt and at least apologize???
