There are a lot of people, if you want to get in without a long wait, it is better to book time through the bank's application, the staff are polite, tell everything, answer questions clearly and accessible, except for queues everything is ok
The service is excellent, they will always help the customer. The staff is of a high level, they work from 9 to 6. The landmark is the poytakht shopping center. The best bank for me
Queues are constant. It's a regular branch, but to get to the cash register, you need to pass an employee. It seems to me that they are making it too complicated, perhaps because of this queue
They work very slowly, I just waited a little more than 2 hours to open an account, they come, they prioritize their own acquaintances without looking at the queue
Probably the most profitable bank in Tashkent for exchanging rubles for soums. The only disadvantage is the work schedule, only Saturday and Sunday are closed until 17 o'clock.
They work quickly, have an excellent attitude to the client, work for the benefit of clients and provide excellent advice. I recommend this bank. Well done that you are
The bank is well organized. The staff speaks both Russian and English. The customer service department is the best. But the remote customer service department is not very efficient, it is not possible to get through

I came to this Kapitalbank branch at 16:33, everyone plows decently, the branch also works until 17:00, I think well, if he gives me a coupon to receive a card, then I'll try to wait - he gives me a coupon, 4 people are in front of me. In the end, I did everything, the registration was completed at 17:10, there is a need to pay at the checkout, there are no visitors around, the cleaner is washing the floors in the hall, pallets with cash around, I think what is happening in general - now they will definitely kick me out, I go to the checkout - everything is rustling there too - they count the money. I say you can pay with a card - only cash says because the cash register closes at 17:00 and everything is already cashless - go take it off at an ATM, and he's on the street, I think I'll go out and they won't let me in, well, I'll try. In general, I took it off, I fly in, I pay. Then I go to the head of the department with the papers, he is on the phone, the girl next to him - apparently his deputy calls and says - give me the receipts. She confirmed everything, says Visa will be ready tomorrow afternoon, and Humo and Uzcard on Monday afternoon. It was released at 17:15.
I also liked everything about the application process, the employee filled out the data, printed out the statements, I just had to check the data and sign. I filled out only one sheet of the questionnaire, in which all my data, I think, is attached in case of an error.
I want to thank everyone for their work to the last client! Thank you, you are super! I wish you loyal customers and a big bonus!

A normal bank, 99.9% of the larger operators and managers are adequate. I got there when there were frantic queues and in general everything is normal, there is an electronic queue, there is a manager who solves problems if they arise. It was disappointing that the cashier operator can say "I have lunch" when lunch is at the second operator, the queue is huge, and managers say that operators work without lunch.
They opened a bank card. The contract was not given, the conditions were not explained. All questions to the manager. The manager promised to sort it out. None of the
The people - hell! Was. With the bank's decision to issue cards to Russians only after 15 days of stay in the territory, the branch became more comfortable. The compartment itself is cramped, for some reason they regularly turn off the large column air conditioner and it gets stuffy. There is usually chaos and crowding at the checkout line - why not line up with ribbons so that they don't crowd is unclear. There are no complaints about the staff, they work diligently and politely with anyone, even scandalous customers.
As soon as the Humo card was issued, it turned out that it would not be possible to put money on it through an ATM, the system failed. But this is not because of the bank, but because of the system itself. We stood in line at the checkout for more than 40 minutes, although everything was very fast for the operators.
Overall, a good bank. But there is something to work on:
The queue is huge, many simple things and applications could be done online and without queues. The queues at the bank are wild, the air conditioner when I was there did not cope at all. They also violated the queue and at the same time the operator accepted them.
The bank as a whole does not seem to be a bad one, but it only fully obeys the strange infrequent orders of the department, that is, as an order of the department not to conduct Swift transfers of individuals to legal addresses of, say, foreign exchanges, I consider it an open violation of human rights to control an individual's funds is a violation of his property rights an individual who has money in the right to dispose of his funds by at will, anywhere in the world and at any time, infringement of such a right violates the international convention on Human Rights!!!
The fact that the department gives such instructions while controlling the bank's activities, I consider it a disorganization of normal banking activities that undermines the normal economic activity of the population and the authority of our country!!!
I'm not adding photos, maybe the visitors who got into the lens will approve, the flow of visitors is huge, but the electronic queue solves this issue, thank you
Huge queues, an insane number of people, if you want to be faster, come to the opening. DON'T LISTEN TO ANYONE - You DON'T NEED a local bag to open a bank card. I have a Russian Megaphone, everything has been issued and connected. You just need to ask the operator to get through to the call center and MANUALLY connect the card to your number.
