Terrible service. I wanted to exchange money and waited for over an hour, but their system shut down more than three times. When I asked why the service was slow, operator number 17 explained the reason in a terrible and rude tone.

Best bank in Uzbekistan with ATMs available everywhere and a good app for phone. This branch is located in a convenient location. Quick service. Very helpful staff who can speak English. Recommended to bank with Kapital bank. Thank you.

A small room for so many people, the exchange office is almost an hour sometimes waiting in line.Previously, it was convenient to book a room online.The staff at the bank is friendly, most of them understand and speak Russian.
