There are always crowds of people. The plastic department is the most terrible, the employee Khurshid is lazy and always walking somewhere, the cashiers are tortured, there are a lot of windows, but not all work, but only 2-3 windows, the rest do not understand what they are doing. If you sell dollars, it is profitable, one of the highest rates, but it is not profitable to buy, the rate is high. All the service is slow, nothing is clear, there is always some kind of mess, as if in a bazaar, and not in a bank.
I was in this branch, I changed the currency to the local one, the queue was alive, as everyone spat on the coupon. The queue is large, it does not even save the fact that there is a second exchanger nearby, of the same branch, I asked to transfer money to the card, they told me to take a coupon, I sat in the queue for 20 minutes, it turned out that they only credited to the card of this bank, more precisely, UzCard KapitalBank, an example would be Asia Alliance Bank where I had not looked at my card before NBU of the bank.
