This branch is one of the main ones in the city, so everything is quite decent here (when compared with other local banks). There are long queues and chaos (depending on the time and day of the week), but it also happens that there are no queues at all and you will be served in 5 minutes and immediately given a card on the spot. However, some employees sometimes lack the knowledge and professionalism to provide full information about the services or to assist in solving the issue. Senior managers need to pay more attention to the training of their employees. But I want to note that the bank has one of the best mobile applications in Uzbekistan, fast money transfers even between countries and a good selection of debit cards.
Very negligent attitude towards customers! 1.08, somewhere at 9:50-10:05 I arrived at the bank, wrote a statement about changing the number, window number 8, I do not remember the operator's full name, the girl served. 2 days have passed, they tell me that your application is not there, you need to come to the office again. I can't come back to the office. The result is that I will be without communication and without a card abroad!
