Unfortunately, the first time I applied to the bank for advice, the consultant operator incorrectly oriented the bank cards and it turns out that I was issued the wrong card that I needed. The head of the department did not pay attention to my complaint, although the bank itself distributes confidential information of citizens, shouting out their personal data. It's a long story. In short, there is incompetence, negligence to work and indifference to customer problems. Let's hope they will improve in the future. But not with such department heads.

Ужасно,просто нет слов,2часа сидел в очереди,нету валюты,но люди забирали по 10тысяч долларов,за снятие с узкард денег,берут проценты.На вопрос,почему снимаете проценты,пожимают плечами,так как в Ташкентских отделениях за снятие сумов с карточки,денег не снимают,только в терминалах один процент(((((
