Terrible carrier! Does not comply with the laws of the Russian Federation! We booked a ticket and paid for 17:00, arrived, it turns out we are not on the list!!!! They refuse to return the money! Rescheduled for 20:00! We are waiting for the result at the bus station for 3 hours. We were traveling with a dog, we bought a ticket for it separately and the carrier was warned, they clarified what the transportation requirements were: they only said a ticket, they took a blanket with them (a dog up to 35 cm). Although, according to the law, dogs up to 35 cm are transported without buying a ticket, well, OK, a ticket is a ticket. Upon boarding, the driver refused to transport a pet in the cabin, he said he would be lucky only as luggage!!!!!!! The result is 6 hours of wasted time, and they didn't leave! We will go to court, purely on principle!
As always, any good undertaking spoils the human factor. We were traveling from Lugansk to Moscow, the bus from Stakhanov, new, clean, excellent seats, but at the first stop we were taken to some wilds where it was even scary to drink tea. The stalls are not clear, the toilet is terrible in general, neither take off your top clothes, nor close normally, toilet paper is on the cashier's table))))) Well, drivers, as always, take on too much in terms of educating passengers. Although it's probably their private bus.
On behalf of myself and my family, I want to express special gratitude to this carrier. We have been using the "Kaplari Tour" regularly since 2018. In the heat, drivers always turn on the air conditioner, turn off the TV at night and give passengers a quiet rest. In winter, it's warm in the bus, the heat even made it a little bad somehow ...)) But this is also due to my poor health. As for the chairs, they personally suit us, although we have heard abuse about inconveniences more than once. Those who are overweight or tall from 180 complain about the inconvenience of the seats.. But the rudeness of the passengers is really annoying. In August of this year, we witnessed a boorish scene, a woman cursed at the drivers that there was no charging for her mobile phone, and she could not call herself a taxi. Then another scene, already on the way back, an elderly lady grappled with a passenger due to the fact that she had stretched her chair all the way to the stop and the man in the back seat with a height of about 2 meters had nowhere to put his feet.. The scandal was grandiose, but the woman did not give in. It just looked disgusting on her part. The driver couldn't calm her down. So strength and patience to the drivers .
