I signed up for the removal of the eight, on the lower jaw of Kaptur Dmitry. Instead of one lower eight, both the lower and upper ones were pulled out, put in front of the fact, after the procedure (there was anesthesia, respectively, it was impossible to feel anything) with payment for both teeth. During the recording, the removal of one tooth was stipulated and the doctor was told about it. Questions about the removal procedure were not answered. The situation with the removal of a perfectly healthy tooth without my knowledge, and even more so with my consent, was explained by the fact that, in the opinion of the doctor, it was necessary. They returned the money for the upper tooth, but no one apologized. It is completely unclear why the doctor allows himself to do with the patient what he sees fit, without the consent of the patient himself. The procedure is still irreversible.
