The hotel is old, but pleasant. It is very convenient - I went down, changed into skis and immediately went up the mountain. In the restaurant you can eat for every taste, of course it's delicious, but it's not cheap either. The staff is attentive and helpful. We had a rest on New Year's Eve, of course it was expensive. On weekdays, I think it will be cheaper. Nature is of extraordinary beauty. It's worth going there for her.
The Soviet-style hotel requires renovation. The staff is very polite and helpful. There is a shop where you can buy all sorts of little things. You won't stay hungry at breakfast, but the choice is not great. The spa area should be updated and the pool water should be heated. There is a good sauna and hammam. In the room, you can hear everything that happens in the neighbors and in the hallway. But all the disadvantages are covered by the proximity to the slope, we stayed there for three days only for this reason. This is especially true when traveling with children. There is an ice rink just below the hotel. There is an excellent ski equipment rental in the hotel building, where wonderful guys will professionally pick up your shoes (although not very new). Next to the hotel there is a bar-restaurant and a cafe where delicious lamb kebabs and real mulled wine are prepared. The overall impression of the trip is good.
The food is delicious! The service is excellent, the staff is always polite, to deal with all issues. The rooms of course already require repair, change the carpet, tighten everything in the showers or change
And so on . In general, it's not bad, but... the restaurant is atmospheric and delicious. Full breakfasts are good. The spa is also good.
