The hotel is one of the oldest in the city, built in 1962 with a very advantageous location in the city center. 12 minutes walk from the train/bus station. There are many branches of various banks in the immediate vicinity. The first two floors of the hotel are rented to merchants, the former rooms have been converted into economy boutiques where you can buy all sorts of things. If this is not enough, there is a large shopping mall literally across the street. By the way, athletes like to use this hotel, because there is a swimming pool nearby. Nurken Abdirova and a little further away, in the park, the athletics arena. Parking is available both in front of the hotel and from the courtyard.

We visited the Dolce cafe several times. I liked the service, a wide selection of dishes. Excellent service and beautiful surroundings!!! Friendly staff and delicious cooked food!!!

I don't know about the hotel as a place to stay, but as a business center with a lot of departments, it's quite good. The location is convenient, parking in front of the main entrance and Parking and paid Parking from the courtyard.
