The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are tired, the idea is good!!! Everything is expensive and rich, but it has already been killed. The lack of air conditioning in hot weather is a tin. The room is like a sauna. The plumbing is all in disrepair. But that's okay. The service is rather its complete absence... tin. If you don't have a local SIM card, that's it.. You will stay hungry, it is not realistic to order food from the menu in a restaurant. Room cleaning takes place, but fuck off... the bed linen is torn. Guys, I'm not mean... but keep your mark. Make a normal restaurant, and hire qualified staff, and make repairs and everything will be fine.

We stayed in early July for one night at this hotel. Our room was super: spacious, with a balcony, everything you needed was there. Friends have the opposite: curtains are full of holes, towels are full of holes, you can't get into the bathroom without a ladder. They were very upset. Breakfast is very poor. But the staff is excellent and friendly. We forgot a sweater in the room, the hotel arranged for delivery to our next place of stay. Thanks a lot to them for that!

We lived here for a week.
The rooms are very different.
We had a nice and spacious one.
But the other guys had worse numbers. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is done normally.
The breakfast is very mediocre, like the rest of the food in the hotel. You'd better go to Dastorkon, it's much tastier there.
The main two problems, for which I give three points:
- at night, the batteries were turned off in the room, which made it wildly cold,
- the mattresses are just wooden, after sleeping the whole body hurts. It's like sleeping on the floor.
There is also a problem with the water switch in the shower - the water is either +60 degrees or +10. To put it on a comfortable level, you need to try very hard and jump with a tambourine.
In general, you can live, but because of such joints, I put three points.

The largest hotel in Karakol. The rooms are very different, there is no uniformity in content. The rooms with a queen size bed and a twin are very different in size. The shower holder in our room was broken.
The restaurant is delicious and not expensive. Delicious Tashkent tea

I got a very small room. The leak of the toilet could not be fixed in a week, there were breakdowns in several rooms. When putting things in the laundry, the thing was simply lost and the damage was not reimbursed. The restaurant is good, the food is delicious.

I liked everything! The room is spacious. The only thing when we stopped by was it was cool in the room. The staff is polite and helpful. And the moment was such that there was no place where you could dry your clothes after skiing. And so it's generally good. The food in the restaurant is generally delicious, but not everything is of course. Anyway, I really liked everything!

A very nice hotel. We stayed with a colleague for a few days - both liked it. I would especially like to mention the wonderful staff of the hotel. Special thanks to the reception staff, whose care and attentiveness make your stay at the hotel and Karakol comfortable and doubly enjoyable. We will be in Karakol - we will definitely stop in Karagat.

Bad: plumbing needs repair, breakfast "jumps" in time, payment is only in cash, the reception staff is not always on site.
Good: beautiful views, clean air, quiet at night, private Parking.

The hotel is good, good renovation in the premises. We had some problems with the plumbing (the taps work in the opposite direction, it is unusual, and the hot water ran out very quickly, although the water heater is hanging at 50 liters).

It's a good place, but for some reason our bathroom was leaking.

We really liked it. We lived in a townhouse in February. A large company of 8 people. Everyone is happy. I've never seen it cleaned so clean. The hotel has a 24-hour restaurant, they cook delicious and fast.
I just didn't like the spa, the pool is icy.
As it is, it's great. They were noisy until 4 a.m., no one said a word. Thanks!!!

It's beautiful inside. I booked a room , the price on the website is 3540, in fact they said 5400. Plus we were looking for a swimming pool. They don't say anywhere that the pool doesn't work.
