The market is small and clean, but the range is quite wide. The first time I tried oysters, everything went just fine without consequences. Then we bought 1 kg of shrimp, they said they would cook it in a cafe for 400 lira, but in fact it turned out to be 500 and not very tasty, stupidly salted and grilled without spices, vegetables and sauces. It was much tastier at a similar market in Hurghada.

I got a couple of bones, be careful. The sandwich is delicious. There is Wi-Fi, a toilet. They didn't take any money for tea. I experienced a similar delight in Hamburg at the fish market and in Barcelona, but here it is more compact, but no less interesting. Oysters are only 10 lire/piece.which is two times cheaper than in Spain and France. Nearby, in the same building, you can immediately taste any food from the market, where it will be prepared in front of you. The average price tag is much cheaper than in the whole city.

It's a long way from your old days as a Mars rover. There were many fishing shops, fish were very diverse and cheap. Now there are 4-5 shops left. They also made the prices hit the ceiling. The closed shops buy and cook and sell fish from the ones that remain open, so they have become a fish restaurant.
