A great restaurant with an amazing atmosphere!
We were very impressed with the evening at this restaurant! Everything was at the highest level: from the cozy interior and attentive service to the exquisite dishes that captivated with their taste and presentation.
I would especially like to mention the chef - each dish was prepared with love and professionalism. The meat melted in your mouth, the desserts were simply magical, and the signature cocktails were the perfect addition to dinner.
The staff is very friendly and caring, always ready to help with the choice or give a recommendation. It felt like the guests were really welcome here!
We will definitely come back again and recommend this restaurant to our friends. Thank you for an unforgettable gastronomic experience! 🌟

Beautiful! Delicious! Very friendly waiters and a very pleasant receptionist Margarita. They cook quickly, and the portions are good (meat pan, salad, shrimp, vinyushka) . Special thanks to manager Margarita for organizing the holiday and resolving all issues!!! The guests were satisfied! I've been to many places in Pinsk, but I think Karolin is the best and tastiest of them all! I definitely recommend it!!!

By the way, Pinsk has its own atmosphere, it is clear that the city with a special history of prosperity is the capital of the Belarusian Polesie. And there are plenty of beautiful places to eat in the center. I chose Caroline. The interior is original and memorable. I was pleased with the mushroom cream soup. The meat pan was more like a potato pan)

I took a point for recommending ciabatta, which looked more like breadcrumbs than fresh pastries, alas)
I heard that you can't find an empty table in Pinsk on weekends...

Today we were in Pinsk and visited a wonderful place cafe "Karolin". There was no limit to our admiration! Very soulful, delicious, atmospheric. Reading the previous reviews, I want to say right away that the miracle Margarita no longer works there. The current administrator, Anna, is just rude. I never had a chance to taste the cuisine, as the celebration in Carolina did not take place. I was planning to celebrate my anniversary there. I've agreed on the date of the contract twice. When I arrived for the first time, I kissed the lock- special maintenance. She called the specified number, the girl called again, apologized for the absence and asked about the reason for the call. After my explanations, she allegedly wrote down my details, date, number of people, and we agreed on the date of the contract. When I arrived three days earlier, I heard that there were no seats at all for the right date, but that was half the trouble, the receptionist invited the supervisor (possibly the owner) to the conversation, and instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, they both began to make a fool of me, questioning the fact that I called and arrived. and all this in offensive tones. It's just a shock.. I understand that the town is small and everything is bought, as the head made it clear that he did not give a damn about the entry in the comments book!! I would never recommend this place to anyone I know or visitors to the city, because if people and customers are not respected there, nothing good can happen! I think that wonderful administrator just couldn't stand such a manner and attitude towards the client.

The administrator, when placing an order, notified that the musicians were working until 23:00 (they finished singing at 22:40) and explained that the musicians simply refused to continue singing today...!!!! a lot of guests who were just disappointed ... when signing the contract, the musicians were paid before 01:00.. the musicians simply refused to continue working;;(.
