it was necessary to print out many pages of documents in duplicate, they printed everything out, I begin to verify that I understand that the price does not match and the 2nd copy is missing. I come up to clarify the price, to which they tell me in a dissatisfied tone that everything is printed and 23 sheets are in black and white (although I had only 14 on my hands). I told them about it; no apologies, nothing, just almost cheated on money with such behavior. Incompetent!!!
