On January 31, we went to the salon on Gikalo 3 Street to print a photo and a postcard. At that time, a girl and a young man were working in the salon. Our order was accepted by a young man, he did everything quickly and promptly, there are no complaints about the quality, thank you very much. But! Have a conversation with your employees, and in particular with this girl, who in a cheeky manner in front of clients (and we were standing at the window and waiting for the photo) was shouting about (discussing with colleagues who practically did not answer her) what inscription she thought should be on the postcard, which photos and what on them and so on. Firstly, it's indecent and unethical, and secondly, it's just disgusting to listen to it, because it's none of her business who prints what.

I visited this printing center several times, and there were always negative nuances. The photo on the Green Card will not be made according to the standards (it did not pass according to the necessary parameters on the website) when you come to print out the documents, everyone is working, and they don't even notice that the client is standing. I understand it can be a lot of work, But when there is a client, you can say hello and ask to wait. Otherwise, you approach one specialist, and he says I'm busy, the same goes for the second one. There is no question of an adequate attitude.

I wanted to order a printout of 116 double-sided A4 sheets in black and white on 200 gram paper. I called the salon and asked if there was any paper, if there was a binding, if it could be printed? The guy on the phone confirmed it. I said I was on my way. Upon arrival, it turned out that the price for printing in salon b was significantly higher than the order price on the website (the website reported a price of 139 rubles). And the price in the salon turned out to be very high - 320 rubles ($ 100) for 116 A4 sheets of ordinary black-and-white laser quality, even on thicker paper! (The amount mentioned made me sick). Moreover, if you order it on the website, then you can not make sure what you will get in the end: neither what paper will be, nor what margins will be, whether the layout is suitable. I wanted to order a binding, but I can't check on the website what I get after the fact. They call printing in the salon "Urgent" for some reason. Just coming to the salon and printing it is expensive! I just loaded the paper into the printer and clicked "print". And it's called "urgent" and the price is exorbitant. But I can't order on the website, because I want to have some control over which "product" I'll get it in the end. As a result, I spent 2 hours of time. I received a price tag of 320 rubles. And no apologies. Prices in the cosmos salon.

We made 2 orders. One order is more than 150 rubles - an advance payment was made. Ok. We decided to make another order for less than 150 rubles and demanded an advance payment again. Guys, these are 2 different orders! On what basis do you require an advance payment for the second order?! Where is this indicated on your website? I took orders many times and never refused, always 100% of the order was redeemed. Apparently, you don't need loyal regular customers.
P.s. the order was made disgustingly. There is a pattern on the Ramadan bike in places.
The T-shirt does not match the size- it is small + the drawing was made poorly. It is impossible to wear a T-shirt for 30 rubles.

The auto-editor automatically cuts photos vertically = if you do not pay attention to this, part of the photo will be ruined.

It was not possible to place an order in this printing house. A request was left through the website, but the SMS does not arrive. They don't take the order through the mail and send it to the website. They send messages to the post office from support at TG, and so on in a vicious circle. An "urgent" order is placed on the phone, for which you need to pay x2.
They just wasted our time with their stupid system. Disgusting company!

I had an urgent order, but not printing a couple of sheets, but printing a roll-up! And this is far from fast!
The guys did it in less than 2 hours!
The cost of work has been increased for the urgency of the work, but it is not so important when it is on fire!

I ordered the printing of photos, and very high-quality sources from the photographer were uploaded via an online editor on the site. Unfortunately, the quality of the printed photos is very low, the photos turned out to be fuzzy, blurred, as a result, they are not suitable for a photo album at all and they just have to be thrown away. In addition, there were 64 photos in the order, and 84 were handed over, having printed some photos of 4 (!) copies. That is, no one checked the order.

I was photographed for documents. I was in a hurry and probably didn't have time to evaluate the quality on the spot. Looking at the photo of the house, it was hard to figure out exactly what was wrong, and then I noticed that the studio had the wrong lighting. The flash is on one side. As a result, the shadows of the facial features are uneven, one nostril seems larger than the other, one eye is darker than the other. I wonder if it is possible to refund the money for such a photo shoot, taking into account the receipt?
