There are no questions for the staff, everyone is smart, but the quality of the product leaves only negative emotions. We bought a ring (as a gift), noticed after a couple of days that one of the stones was wobbling, gave it under warranty for repair, promised to return it the next day - as a result, we waited a week. The ring was returned, with "scratches and dents" due to a "good" repair, apparently… it was not obvious, we scored, but after a couple more days the repaired stone fell out and was lost. The impression and the mood are spoiled. We will look for where to fix the product. It is unlikely that we will return to karat for shopping

The salon is great! I bought a bracelet this year on January 3. Everything is great. The sellers are very friendly. We were driving for a certain model, but it turned out that they took it away. They picked up another bracelet for a ring and earrings. Thanks! I really liked it!!!

We bought a gold bracelet, immediately after the purchase the bracelet was not worn for a while, it was worth putting it on and literally three months later the links began to fall out. We decided to contact the "jewelry salon", arriving at the place, they looked at us from above and assured us that we had torn it up, while the phrase sounded: "what did you want? I have a bracelet of 8 grams and I can do what I want with it, but you have some kind of thread" and in what tone it was said ... (yes, I don't care how many grams she has where, I liked the bracelet-they bought it, not everyone likes to wear something large and coarse, everyone has their own taste and I believe that an employee of such an institution should respect any taste of the client) As a result, they did not want to listen to us, tried to belittle and humiliate, bought jewelry there quite often, but after such an attitude, they did not set foot there.Such sellers should not work in such a network, let them go to the market and so hubble.
