As they say, you can say- and it could be better. The sanatorium itself has existed since the times of the USSR, the building of those times is old, ordinary, inexpensive cosmetic repairs have been carried out, ordinary rooms, services are still quite scarce. There is only one type of massage for free, the simplest, in my opinion, Charcot, the other types are very overpriced. By the way, the price list for staying in this sanatorium is not cheap. The rest is all ordinary, the kitchen is not very good, the atmosphere is boring, there are no themed evenings, one of the favorite entertainments here is to gather and drink tea with cookies in the room, the contingent is mostly elderly, there are walks around the sanatorium, the sanatorium itself is located on the outskirts of the village, and not somewhere in the foothills or other keep in mind. In short, anyone who likes it, but just come, live and breathe fresh air is possible and even very much.
A very good sanatorium, I rested here 5 times, every year I only go to Karatal, 5 meals a day are very tasty and varied, all procedures are included in the price of the voucher, very polite and friendly staff , I will definitely come here next year.
I am currently resting there, being treated. The food is great, but the portions are small. For example, there are 5 people sitting at the table in the kitchen, and it is set for 4 people. Three small plates of salad are enough for a maximum of 3 people. What an economy. Although we pay more on the portal than they do in cash. The treatment is good, but when there are a lot of people arriving and everyone is making noise, you can't even hear when the last name is shouted. Nature and fresh air are cool. Also, at the expense of cleaning, rooms are cleaned when you hang a sign, although they should be cleaned every day, as in Zharkent or in other sanatoriums. If this was all fixed, then there would be no price for them
We had a great rest and improved our health. Clean air, silence, beautiful nature. The sanatorium is wonderful. The staff is polite, professional, the cuisine is delicious. Like it. We will be happy to come again
The sanatorium is for those who want peace and quiet. The food is extremely tasty and fresh. Yes, and the treatment, in principle, is not bad. The staff is very helpful. But the rooms would be a little more comfortable.
I have been undergoing treatment at the Karatal sanatorium since 1993 all the time. During this time, there have been many changes for the better. It is clear that the management has put a lot of effort and money into it. I really liked the food. Many thanks to the canteen staff. I took off 2 stars for the poor work of the massage therapists, for the lack of culture.
A good sanatorium for those over 40, delicious food, but the rooms require repair, there are not enough services provided, the Karatal river flows nearby
Hello, I usually do not write reviews, but this time I was forced to write, from the first arrival in the courtyard we saw unfriendly workers, and when we met at the reception, the so-called director and admin provoked a scandal, almost a fight was provoked by the so-called director of this institution. I had to threaten the police . After that, something changed, but I wrote a review about their institution, as promised, I put 0 and do not advise anyone else. If you have even a little self-respect, avoid this sanatorium!

A beautiful picturesque place, 4 meals a day, 8-9 procedures, polite staff, a swimming pool with clear crystal water, a playground for children, peace and tranquility, cozy rooms of the sanatorium, no frills, Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, shared bathroom, toilet, shower. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere! Who liked it as much as I did. And most importantly, it is not expensive! From 9000 tenge per day.
My grandmother worked there as a head.a doctor for 4-5 years. And she was also removed from there at night, the sanatorium is good in itself, but the attitude to the CHAPTERS.TO THE DOCTOR. Horror
A great place to relax!
I liked the sanatorium, good and polite staff, especially in the dining room). The doctors are good, experts in their field, especially the chief physician Raushan Makhambetovna!
The sanatorium of our childhood! Most of the territory and buildings were rebuilt and destroyed. Previously, adults and children had a rest, but now it's a place for grandmothers..
We were very well received, the service is excellent. I liked everything about the treatment. In summer and autumn, nature is probably cool. I advise everyone.
