I arrived at the hotel and was delighted! Very polite and kind staff, cleaning every day, delicious and very very hearty breakfasts. The best conditions for recreation: comfortable rooms, 2 swimming pools, exercise equipment, table tennis, billiards, Wi-Fi throughout, beautiful territory and the building itself, the hotel looks like the Palace of the emperors, two exits to the roof on both sides. I advise everyone to come and have a great vacation in Urgench)))💕

The hotel is lovely.. The rooms had everything they needed. cleaning was carried out daily, the breakfasts were delicious to choose from, the guys and girls were all very polite.They speak Russian perfectly, are very friendly, they will tell you everything, show you. Well done, the owners of the hotel liked it very much, they are very attentive to every vacationer.Well done, thank you for a wonderful stay.If I come again, then only to this hotel

The idea of the hotel is good, but the owner's hands are not enough. Everything is old, sockets come out of the wall, skirting boards move away in places, cabinet doors close with a creak, there is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom, coffee, water, tea in the room have to be asked, they should be by default. But in general, the hotel is not bad, the location is very good, the design is classic, the breakfast is not a buffet, but the dishes are delicious. The staff is friendly.
