Clean, convenient location, huge Parking, toilets are closed although the cafeteria is open, everything is neatly displayed on the shelves, the price tags are monitored for their availability and correctness, the staff at the departments is polite, the guy at the pastry shop is always courteous and friendly and the girls sellers too and in other departments sellers always cause only positive emotions. At the vegetable market, all products are fresh and of high quality, at the fish market there is an abundance of fresh fish, often roe for frying and milk are available. There are excellent Belarusian sausages at an affordable price in the sausage shop, as well as excellent sausages for 300 rubles, but I did not remember the brand, but sausage and smoked meat for some reason are exorbitantly expensive. In general, there is order and cleanliness in any department. The cashiers try to serve you politely too. The security is friendly, not like Hercules Milk shepherds. If they had been pressed on pricing policy and stocks, no one would have gone to the scammers at that time. Many thanks to the men who work on carts, they are always in order. And of course, thanks to the Cleaning for the work.
There used to be a very good store, but it deteriorated after the start. There is dirt everywhere, high prices, kilometer-long queues at the ticket offices (there are not enough cashiers). No one wants to work there, as salaries are low, fines, a 15-hour working day and 4 days off per month. My friend worked, but not for long. As a result, there is a shortage of staff, from the security guard to the administration. It seems that the management is doing absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, except placing ads about finding employees (regular suckers who are ready to work like slaves). The only positive thing is a good assortment. There used to be one of my favorite stores. I really look forward to changes for the better.
Always fresh food, vegetables, greens. Delicious bread of our own production. I'll give you a minus 1 point because of the mice on the store's territory and the lack of cashiers.
