Excellent company, impeccable service, customer-oriented staff! We helped with the choice of a car, prepared all the documents in advance, came to the office only to sign the contract and pick up the car. The rented car was pleasantly surprised, very clean interior, availability of drinking water, snacks, paper and wet wipes! The delivery of the car took 5 minutes, they gave a discount for the next rental! I heartily recommend it!

I rented a car at the end of October from these guys and did not regret it at all. Instant response to requests, a large selection of cars, any whim of the customer, delivery and return of the car almost anywhere in Baku. During the transfer of the car, everything was told, shown and explained: where and what kind of fuel to pour, how to behave with the police, how fast you can drive without breaking the rules, and so on. The only wish of the company is to transfer the car to the customer for use, after all, it is better with a full tank.

A good selection of cars, the cars are fresh. The team works quickly, clearly, always in touch.
They can bring a car on request to the airport or another place. They make out quickly, for example, we reset our data on the VOC, while all the documents arrived and the insurance was prepared, we sat down and drove.
The prices are reasonable, without fanaticism.
It was nice that there was a velkam set in the rented car: water, napkins, chips - a trifle, but it's nice))

Everything was great.
We rented Kia Soul 2021 for 4 days. The car is new, bright, cute, comfortable. It costs only 100 manats per day (approximately 5000 rubles) already with insurance and without any surcharges. Gasoline is cheaper than in Russia - 92 per liter of 1 manat.
In the car there is water, napkins, chewing gum - a trifle, but it's nice.
All the Caravan staff are attentive, polite and speak Russian well. They told about the features of traffic regulations, fines, advised a good navigator. Always in touch via whatsapp.
We drove through half the country, were delighted. The car trip was successful
I recommend it to everyone!

It is very easy to order a car.
We rented a Toyota Cruiser 200 for 7 days in early March 2024. We drove more than 1,500 km across Azerbaijan.
The car is in perfect technical and visual condition.
The staff met and explained all the rules. I haven't seen this level of service in a long time. I want to express my personal gratitude to the staff who immediately answered all our questions on WhatsApp, and to all those who are behind this team. Well done guys, keep it up!

The service is beyond praise. As soon as we entered, we were immediately offered water, tea, energy drink.
It so happened that the transfer to our international card stopped working for us and we were left without money. The guys helped us out a lot - they gave us cash, and we made them a transfer from the savings bank. I don't even want to imagine what would have happened if it hadn't been for them😅
The guys did not take a security deposit from us, knowing the situation we were in. They also tried to fine us for a higher amount than it should be, but they were able to negotiate with the traffic cop by phone and reduce the amount.
I recommend taking a car exclusively in this place!

I rented Kia rio 2019 in Baku in April 2024. The car was brought to the specified address in 2022 for the same money. They described in detail all the features of driving and parking in Azerbaijan. The transfer and return process was quick and hassle-free. We are ready to accept the deposit in any currency and returned it immediately upon returning the car. Everything went great.

Excellent car rental. In all matters, they go to a meeting. We took a new Kia Rio 2022, it was all clean and in film. On the way, a tire was punctured (ran over a screw), but it did not come down to the end. They didn't take a penny. The staff is polite and friendly. We have prepared a contract in advance.
