Perhaps of all the service stations where I have had to repair my trucks, this is the most incomprehensible and strange. The first suspension repair in Renault Master went well, the car was picked up on time, the price was arranged. After 5 days, a second car of the same type was brought to them, with the same problems, i.e. the same work was performed + repair of the steering rack. Then some kind of circus begins. The price of spare parts and suspension work increased by more than 1.5 times, the car was not returned within the agreed time frame, the repair was delayed by 4 (!!!) of the day, which is an unacceptable luxury for commercial vehicles. And without any clear explanations. There must have been a retrograde Mercury. And everything would be fine, but it turned out that the steering rack simply does not work. Ie, they delayed the repair for 4 days and gave the faulty car to the client as if nothing had happened, taking money for repairs and spare parts. As a result, the car remains with them for another day, to finish the steering rack! A quiet horror and a nightmare. The masters at the reception are outspoken boors, I'm sorry, I haven't seen such a brash attitude towards customers for a very long time. I definitely and affirmatively DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
