I sent a cruise of auto parts from Guangzhou (China) to Moscow. At first, the weight was doubled, allegedly due to packaging from 30 kg to 90 kg-there is no way to verify the fact.When I refused, they said that the cargo had already been sent to Moscow without my consent. They promised to bring it in a maximum of 14-15 days.It's been more than 20 years and I do not know where my cargo is.They do not answer questions in correspondence and calls, I will never contact anyone with this company!!!
