A very large Kari store, my eyes are running away. A lot of bags, backpacks, shoes, children's toys, you can buy a scooter, a children's bike. There are clothes for children. As well as accessories, kitchen supplies. But lately it has become not very high-quality shoes, they look too bright, there is not much to choose. It is also difficult to find with the size. And the boxes are constantly mixed up.
On Saturday, 04/19/2025I was at the Kari store in the outleto shopping center at 44 Zhukov Avenue, Minsk.
At 15:00, I went to pay for my purchases, having clarified with the cashier or sales consultant about the action of interest.
To begin with, they noticed me after a while, apparently what was happening on the phone of the guy at the checkout was much more interesting. They told us about the 1+1=3 promotion. I chose 3 as a gift, and then I decided to pay for the one I chose as a gift and the one that was originally there, and to refuse 3 (there are still 2 things). I notified the seller about this. After paying for the purchase and leaving the checkout, I realize that I still made 2 purchases, but I did not receive the 3rd one as a gift. It's like they didn't offer it to me!
I'll be back in just half a minute to clarify what happened. The cashier or sales consultant (I do not know who he is, since he was without a badge) turns to me with the words: "WHAT?" arrogantly, with ordered eyes. To the question, why is he talking to me like that? He told me that he works seven days a week. I was firmly assured that the purchase is closed, and you will not receive anything.
Feeling upset, I just left.
I would also like to mention the absolutely disgusting slovenly appearance, which I consider unacceptable.
The questions are:
why do your sellers allow themselves to communicate with customers in this way? At the same time, covering up his arrogance and sense of tactlessness by not having days off.
Why do sellers not correctly inform buyers about the ongoing promotions and close the receipts, as well as offering what is required according to the aforementioned promotion?
How will this situation be resolved?
The store is as bad as it gets, all the shoes are mixed up, there are few sellers, how many times they have been asked to help find the size, either they refuse, or they don't know themselves, or they are busy and there are not enough employees, sales consultants are simply no good. Just like a shoe warehouse, come and find for yourself what you need, you can't count on more.
