To the question, why is he talking to me like that? He told me that he works seven days a week. I was firmly assured that the purchase is closed, and you will not receive anything.
Feeling upset, I just left.
I would also like to mention the absolutely disgusting slovenly appearance, which I consider unacceptable.

why do your sellers allow themselves to communicate with customers in this way? At the same time, covering up his arrogance and sense of tactlessness by not having days off.
Why do sellers not correctly inform buyers about the ongoing promotions and close the receipts, as well as offering what is required according to the aforementioned promotion?
How will this situation be resolved?
We ordered shoes through an online store, and nothing changed after 8 hours. We didn't even bother to find a pair of shoes in 8 hours and change the order status to "ready for delivery".
