On 23.11 we arrived at the moment at 21:10. We stayed until 22:00, selected the product and came to the cashier, to which the only employee said that she would not serve us, because it was already 22:02 and she had long closed the cashier. To our outrage that they were obliged to serve the customers who were in the room, she replied that no one was there. Please take action in this situation.
When paying at the checkout, I asked an employee to serve me without advertising (information about promotions, bonus cards and the rest). My wish was not taken into account. To make a payment and receive a check, I needed to listen to a monologue of information that was irrelevant to me. When I was asked to give me the check, I was told in response that it was not supposed to be like this. And the buyer can receive the receipt along with flyers, cards and other things. An employee standing next to us intervened in our dialogue and advised us "not to get hysterical", "take the whole stack of papers and not delay the queue."
I will add one star for good service a few days earlier: the responsive staff were very diligently looking for a pair of shoes they liked. It was noticeable that they were interested in helping the buyer.
