The staff leaves much to be desired. 3 situations:
1. There is only 1 seller at the checkout in the hall, there are several customers in the store. There are 2 customers at the checkout. Laughter and conversations can be heard in the back room. To ask the seller to help remove the box from the top shelf of the rack, which is swinging, I had to wait about 10 minutes until the seller was free.
2. I went into the store. I tried on several pairs of shoes. I've decided. I went to the bank to change $. Upon returning, literally 5 minutes later, I did not find 1 pair of the selected ones - I found another size, asked the seller in the computer to see if they had just bought such a pair of my size. I was told that yes, and my size is no longer there. I started looking for a new model and suddenly found as many as 2 pairs of the shoes that the seller said were sold. I.e. I don't care about helping customers and the opportunity to sell more goods.
3. I bought 3 pairs of shoes. There were 3 sellers at the checkout, 1 was paying, one was chatting with a friend next to me, the third took care of me. I checked my shoes, clicked the bonus card and then she got a call, she called 2 sellers, she left her friend and came up to me. She took out the receipt punched for me and gave me the purchases. About 2 hours later, after taking the purchases home and coming to another place, I noticed that the money for the shoes had not been withdrawn from me. I had to go home, look at the receipt and it turned out that I had entered the PIN code incorrectly, but the sellers did not notice this and gave me the product. I went to the store to pay, myself, on my own, there was a girl there who had not served me before. I explained the situation, showed the receipt, they interrupted me and I didn't even hear thanks.
But for all that, the shoes in the store are not bad. The choice is worthy. The location and opening hours are convenient. The 1+1=3 promotion is very attractive.
