We purchased a case, it was immediately opened and it did not fit, since we had HAYLOU headphones, which we showed to the seller before buying, and this case was intended for android headphones, as we later found out, after trying to return the goods back, the administrator made it clear to us that before buying we ourselves should study what we were buying and the seller cannot know the answers to all the questions, although when we applied for a refund, another girl seller immediately said that our headphones would not fit this case! I have a question, I didn't have android headphones, I came to the store with my own, showed them, is it really the duty of the sales consultant not to explain whether this case fits on them or not!?
