The rudeness of the seller is the grief of the store! The seller refused to serve me, saying: "We are counting gold without waiting in line!" and took the woman standing behind me. What kind of priorities are these?! Firstly, she could invite another seller, and secondly — where does the rule come from? By the way, why is there no phone number listed anywhere for citizens to contact the store? What a "return call". So they expect that there will be no justice for them and they can be rude and insulted?

Достаточно большой магазин, везде чисто, на полках порядок. Персонал доброжелательный, хорошее расположение.

I was buying shoes. During the warranty period, the sole in one of the shoes came off. They accused me of wearing it incorrectly. They refused to return the money. They repaired it. I've been waiting for more than a week. After the repair, it came off again a week later, two shoes already. I didn't want to waste my time, prove something and wait a week for it to be done again. I sealed everything myself. The shoes are of poor quality.
