For 2 months after buying shoes, a crack appeared near the sole, the warranty for shoes in the store is 3 months, I took it under warranty for examination. It would seem that there might be problems ...
But no, when communicating with a consultant (he previously made an examination with only a trained glance, and made a verdict that it was a cut) then, when a dispute arose, I had to prove that I was just wearing it, i.e. I observed normal operation.
It would seem that there is an examination for such controversial cases, I insisted that the shoes be accepted and examined, which I was categorically REFUSED with a malicious smile (still hinting at deliberate damage on my part), because you see, the shoes are not clean enough, even though I pre-cleaned them as much as possible it was possible, because it was in operation, but I wore it and did not put it on the shelf (where it would certainly have stood for 90 days without incident). As a result, I described the whole situation in the book of complaints and suggestions in the store, also sent a letter to the official website, and waited.
A week later, I was contacted by phone and invited to a shoe store for a second "inspection".
I came back to the store, showed the shoes, and this time the administration agreed to take them for a preliminary examination, and subsequent examination if necessary. They couldn't answer my question about why they refused to accept shoes in the same form last time.
I clarified that the shoes are EXACTLY in the SAME form as I showed them to the store staff before, after that I no longer wore them.
Hence the question arises, why in order to submit shoes for examination, which are in a clean and dry form (which was confirmed at the second inspection in the store) do I need to write complaints and letters, prove my rights in every possible way, run to the store several times, listen to suggestions that I am an unscrupulous buyer who cut it myself and brought it to the store for some reason?
I will clarify that I refused to leave the shoes for the second time after all this hassle MYSELF, because there were considerable doubts that the store's employees could intentionally spoil it even more in order to issue a "refusal", due to improper operation and the like, I had the distinct impression that everything was done in the store in order that if the buyer in the case of a guarantee and disputes eventually got tired and abandoned himself, there is no trust with such an attitude towards the buyer.
By the way, a few words about the quality of shoes, I did not buy the cheapest model, it says leather (nubuck), but in 2 months everything shrank and dried (after which it cracked), the previous shoes bought in another retail chain were in a similar condition only for 2 and a half years of operation.
I handed over shoes under warranty (90 days), whose soles came off after a couple of months. I received an act stating that the shoes had mechanical damage.
Did I tear them off on purpose or something?!
Never set foot in this office again!
