There is no staff, boxes of shoes are just piled up on the aisle , I liked a pair of shoes, there were no sizes in the window, went to the online store to see where they are available, showed that they are in the store, went to the cashier said they were lying in boxes somewhere there and instead of looking, try to find them just they spit and burn, go to other stores, but there is no guarantee that they are on the shelves , they laugh and say what should we do and everything like that, in the photo there are boxes in which the same pair of shoes should be, and judging by the words we ourselves are offered to rummage through them, you need to look for, the most interesting thing is also in the online store you can order them to the store , and I wonder how they would get away if they did , I just didn't have time for it, but I was very disappointed with the store , I really wanted this pair of shoes

Good afternoon) I have no complaints about the store itself and the choice of shoes, the assortment is large, the only thing that at first impression looks like one big warehouse, and so each box corresponds to the model that stands on the shelves, prices are affordable and acceptable, good promotions and discounts. Questions and indignation were caused more by the staff 😅 During the selection of the goods, no consultation was offered, these are trifles, if I really needed it, I would have applied, however, after approaching the checkout with a pair of shoes, a young sales consultant/cashier neither greeted in response, nor asked if a package was needed, nor notified during the "sale of goods" about the guarantee and safety of the receipt with the box of goods, neither asked about the availability of a bonus card, since he did not say hello, apparently he thought that he could say goodbye, all this time he was talking with a colleague and all attention was focused on the dialogue with her, the only thing they asked was how the payment would be made) I am disappointed with the service of the staff, I worked in trade myself and I know what I am writing about.
