On October 15th, I bought shoes here. I've been swearing for a week. The sole came off. I brought the change today. To say that I was greeted unfriendly is to say nothing. The administrator Olga demonstrated to me in all possible ways her contempt and displeasure at the fact that I dared to bring low-quality goods to the store and ask for a refund. After completing the paperwork, she handed me copies with the words:
- The application will be considered for 7 days. You will not come to the store until November 2!
Here is such a "service".
KARI, please clarify, I understand correctly that no store of your company will serve me until November 2. Is this your "punishment" for customers who have committed a "crime" - the return of low-quality shoes purchased from you?

the most terrible store. I was in the evening, I wanted to buy shoes, I needed the help of a consultant. but anyway, there is absolutely NO ONE in the whole store, even the cash register is empty. I would say that take whatever shoes you want and run, but even so everything is arranged that it is useless to look for something - there are no price tags on half of the positions, they are scattered, where to find something is decidedly unclear. not a store, but a circus. I am very outraged by the lack of consultants, I came with my husband to buy shoes for my daughter , I was very outraged by the mess, not only did I just leave my husband with the child and walked around the store for 15 minutes in search of a consultant, whom I did not find by the way, I started looking for sneakers with my husband from the pictures , you open the box 37 blue , 36 white inside , and so on There are 20 boxes (this is only what I saw), as a result, we turned to the cashier and the cashier helped. My question is, why are there no consultants? Customers confuse shoes, again because they walk by themselves, there are no consultants and they have already created such chaos that it is not possible to find anything. Honestly, I'm very disappointed, there is no such thing in any Kari store in Minsk, everything is neat everywhere in every department there is a consultant who immediately comes up and helps with finding the size, but here I don't understand what the management is waiting for, people come and rummage in boxes and make more and more mess every day....

It is very difficult to have a dialogue with them, no matter how you prove that you are right according to the law, they will still go on principle, since you know everything.
