I've been going to the electric for about 10 months:
+ polite staff (most often I get to Anna)
+ there is air conditioning
+TV with wifi
+they always offer tea/coffee/water and something sweet
+there are personal hygiene items in the bathroom just in case
+ if it is painful, they can inject painkillers
+progress is visible, the hairs are getting much smaller
+ it is very pleasant to talk with the master
-sometimes it is difficult to sign up, because the free windows are snapped up like pies :)

I've been walking for a long time and everything is fine. I like that the office is always locked with a key and you worry less that someone uninvited will come in. The office is clean, they always change the bedding with me and take processed / new consumables. The result of epilation is there, the hair has become sparse, there are fewer ingrown hairs, in some places they are no longer there at all. The masters always communicate politely, tell you how to take care of the skin after the procedure, if you have any questions, they will always answer.
And another plus for me is that you can turn on your show or TV series on the TV))

I go for hair removal and massage, there is someone to compare it with. Everything is on the level here! Workers with medical education,qualified,never have any problems after electricity, everything is always neat. The masters are super, always clean and tidy, in a good mood. There is a conder in the studio and cold drinks or coffee are always offered. The massage therapist helped to correct the figure. It works well!
The manicure and pedicure master is super! It's been a long time since I've had such gorgeous nails!

I have been going to this studio to various masters for more than a year. Everyone is very polite and attentive, electroepilation is performed according to all standards. For the first time, I was told everything about the procedure and subsequent skin care. Real masters of their craft. I recommend it!

I have been going to this studio to master Olga since January 2022. I'm happy with everything. I was looking for a place where electroepilation is performed by a specialist with a medical education, this was the main condition. In 2+ years, I have never regretted my choice. A very pleasant and neat master, a convenient location of the studio, there is a regular customer card where you can accumulate a discount or receive a gift after reaching a certain number of visits. I am very pleased with the result of the procedures, very good progress. I will definitely continue to walk and advise my friends.

Terrible service. The staff was impolite and not attentive, besides, they did not have enough skills in their work, the master did not perform the service. The prices for services are high, but the quality of work does not match these prices. There is absolutely no professionalism and politeness in the studio
