They didn't make a fuss, because they decided to keep the sabr. On the trail.I was on business against the buildings for a day and went to the Swim Center on Mangilik el 29/2 to talk to the authorities. While waiting for the adminstrator, I witnessed how ordering people were outraged at the long wait. Finally, I waited for the administrator Bekzat and asked: "Paying an 80% prepayment in the afternoon, why do we have to wait a long time for food, because of you, we opened an auyzashar late for an hour. Samsa was not told. Why did we order in advance then?" He apologized for everyone, and offered pilaf and samsa,. I refused, as I didn't come in to eat. The receipt included dishes that I did not order: a salad and some kind of dish, as a result, for 14,000 tenge instead of 4,000. To my indignation, they announced an error in the calculation and recalculated it, but they still charged for the service (this is the first time I see this). Pilaf is one of the most delicious in the city, but the rest of the dishes and salads are not very good, unfortunately. I would recommend them to clean up the entire menu and cook only pilaf, because their pilaf is really one of the best in Astana, especially the design of the pilaf, the one that is served to the company. And by the way, two or even three people can eat from one portion of pilaf. In general, I recommend only pilaf.

1)Menu
Showing for all to see that this is the center of delicious pilaf, the head of the institution and the chef focus our attention on this dish. But, as our own practice has shown, everything is not so concise. People, expecting that really delicious food awaits them, are often disappointed in this place.
Firstly: the consistency of the dishes (not only pilaf) is a combination of what was scooped from the cauldron between smoke breaks. There is no pronounced taste.
Secondly: serving dishes. Everyone knows that hunger is the best seasoning. And, probably, only hungry people who forgot to take lunch from home may like the design of what will be brought to you on a plate.
2) Maintenance
What is an important factor that the guest of the institution certainly pays attention to - that's right, the service staff.
But there are nuances here too.
There are big questions about the competence of waiters, and even bigger ones for managers who hire these units on staff.
Based on my observation of their work, I can give a verdict of "disgusting". It takes into account everything: from the time of the waiter's first response to the provision of the bill to the guests.
3) Hygiene
A fork with elements of dried buckwheat, neatly enclosed in a cloth case for cutlery.
A wine glass with obvious fingerprints on the edges where lips usually touch, etc.
All this is based on personal experience. Short and clear.
To summarize:
It is definitely clear that I no longer visit this institution for a number of reasons described above. Even if the responsible persons do the work on the mistakes, it still will not change the first impression of this institution.
For those who wish to visit this place, I recommend considering alternatives in favor of a more favorable pastime and saturation with the assortment offered on the menu.
